Effective Parameters to Improve the Quality of Educational Progress Evaluation View point Teachers and Managers of Men in Third Grade City Yazd High school in Educational Year 2009-2010

پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسايي«عوامل موثر در بهبود كيفيت ارزشيابي پيشرفت تحصيلي از ديدگاه مديران و دبيران مرد پايه سوم متوسطه شهر يزد در سال تحصيلي 89-88» انجام گرفت.در اين راستا پژوهش حاضر نقش عوامل سازماني، رواني، فيزيكي و طراحي سوالات آزمون در بهبود كيفيت ارزشيابي پيشرفت تحصيلي را مطالعه نمود. جامعه آماري شامل كليه مديران و دبيران مرد پايه سوم متوسطه شهر يزد در سال تحصيلي 89-88 بود،كه از اين تعداد 22نفر مدير و150نفردبير به صورت تصادفي انتخاب گرديدند.روش تحقيق توصيفي- پيمايشي و ابزار تحقيق پرسشنامه محقق ساخته با 46 سوال بسته پاسخ بود.روايي پرسشنامه به صورت صوري ارزيابي گرديد،و اعتبار آن با استفاده از ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ براي مديران و دبيران 93/. برآورد گرديد. داده هاي حاصل از پژوهش با استفاده از آمار توصيفي و استنباطي تجزيه و تحليل شد.براساس نتايج حاصله از تحقيق مشخص گرديد كه آزمودني ها ميزان تاثير عوامل سازماني، رواني، فيزيكي، طراحي سوالات آزمون را در بهبود كيفيت ارزشيابي پيشرفت تحصيلي بيش از حد متوسط دانسته اند.نمونه مديران و دبيران بيشترين ميزان تاثير را به عوامل رواني با ميانگين 94/3 و كمترين ميزان تاثير را به عوامل سازماني با ميانگين 60/3 نسبت دادند. در خصوص عوامل طراحي سوالات آزمون برحسب سمت پاسخگويان (مدير، دبير) و عوامل فيزيكي برحسب ناحيه (يك و دو) از لحاظ ميزان تاثير اين عوامل در بهبود كيفيت ارزشيابي پيشرفت تحصيلي تفاوتها معنا دار بود،و در خصوص ساير عوامل برحسب سمت، ناحيه، تحصيلات و سابقه خدمت تفاوت معناداري مشاهده نشد.

The present study was performed with the aim of identification (Effective Parameters to Improve the Quality of Educational Progress Evaluation View point Teachers and Managers of Men in Third Grade City Yazd High school in Educational Year 2009-2010).In this direction, this study focused on the role of organizational, mental and physical and the design of test questions parameters in Improve the Quality of Educational Progress Evaluation View point Teachers and Managers of Men in Third Grade City Yazd Highschool in Educational Year 2009-2010 of whom,22 Managers and 150 teachers were randomly selected. Research method was descriptive-surveying and research tool was questionnaire provided by researcher with 46 closed questions. Questionnaire simplicity was apparently evaluated and its validity was estimated to 93% by kronbakh ? coefficient for Managers and teachers. Data of research was analyzed by descriptive and perceptive. On the basis of research data, it became clear that the effect of organizational, mental and physical parameters and design of test questions parameters on improving the quality of educational progress evaluation was more than average.Managers and teachers sample referred the most effect to mental parameters with average 3.94 and the lowest effect to organizational agents with average 3.60. The differences were significant about parameters like design of test questions in terms of responders positions(Managers,teacher) and physical parameters in terms of area (one and two) and effect of these factors in improving quality of educational progress evaluation and no significant difference was seen about other parameters in terms of position, area, education and record of service.
