بررسي تاثير سبك هاي مديريت (سنتي، متعادل و مشاركتي) بر خلاقيت دبيران (مطالعه موردي: دبيرستانهاي شهر سنندج)

The Study of Effect of management styles(traditional, balanced and participative) on creativity (Case study: Sanandaj high schools)

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي رابطه سبك هاي مديريت (سنتي، متعادل و مشاركتي) با خلاقيت دبيران دبيرستانهاي دولتي شهر سنندج صورت گرفته‌است، اين پژوهش از نوع پيمايشي- همبستگي است. جامعه آماري آن شامل كليه دبيران مدارس متوسطه شهر سنندج كه در سال تحصيلي87-86 به خدمت اشتغال داشته‌‌اند، است. با نمونه‌گيري تصادفي طبقه‌اي و براساس فرمول كوكران 275 نفر از دبيران به‌عنوان نمونه پژوهش حاضر انتخاب شدند. از دو ابزار مقياس افتراق مفهومي مديريت و پرسشنامه خلاقيت دبيران براي جمع‌آوري اطلاعات استفاده شد. روايي و پايايي ابزارها با استفاده از روش تحليل‌آماري و آلفاي كرونباخ به‌دست آمد. پس از جمع‌آوري و تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات مشخص شد كه رابطه مثبت معني داري بين سبكهاي مديريت (سنتي، متعادل و مشاركتي) و خلاقيت دبيران وجود دارد و هرچه مقدار رفتارهاي مشاركتي بيشتر باشد اين رابطه نيز افزايش مي يابد. مقدار بتاي به‌دست آمده ميان ابعاد مديريت (تصميم‌گيري، ارتباطات، رهبري، ساختار و كنترل) و خلاقيت دبيران نشانگر آن است كه هرچه نظارت توسط خود دبيران انجام شود، مديران از ارتباطات دوطرفه و باز، رابطه دوستانه و صميمي و تفويض اختيار به دبيران استفاده كنند ميزان خلاقيت نيز افزايش مي يابد. همچنين نتايج پژوهش نشان داد تفاوت معني داري بين دو گروه مديران زن و مرد در سبك مديريت آنها وجود دارد يعني دبيران زن نسبت به دبيران مرد بيشتر از سبك مديريت مشاركتي برخوردارند.

This study investigated the relationship between management styles (traditional, moderative and participative) with creativity of public high schoolʹs teachers; the type of this research is survey-correlation. The statistical community includes all teachers of high schools in the Sanandaj city during 2006-2007. Using Stratified random sampling based on the formula of Cocran 275 people as sample were selected. Management Semantic differentiation Scale and creativity questionnaire were used for data collection. Validity and reliability of these instruments were obtained by Using Item analysis and Cronbach Alfa. After gathering and analysis of data, it was found that there is significant positive relationship between management styles and creativity which the more participatory behaviors the more relationship. The amount of Beta that is obtained between management dimensions (decision making, communication, leadership, structure and control) and creativity of teachers showes that Using of (monitoring of teachers by themselves, open mutual communication; friendly intimacy relationship and delegation of authority to teachers) increased the amount of creativity. In addition the results of study showes a significant difference between the two groups of male and female managers in their management styles, ie women have more participatory management style rather than men.
