جهاني را كه امروزه ما در آن زندگي مي‌كنيم جهان ارتباطات نام داده‌اند. ارتباطات انساني يكي از بزرگ‌ترين دستاورد‌هاي بشر به‌شمار مي‌رود. در اين ميان با ارزش‌ترين فراگرد ارتباطي، ارتباط خالق هستي با انسان است. قرآن كريم مهم‌ترين پيام دريافت شده توسط بشر است. در قرآن به صراحت يا به اشاره، شيوه ارتباط برقرار كردن با ديگران مهم تلقي شده است. در سراسر قرآن، خداوند با بيان داستان‌هاي مختلف، به اهميت شيوه‌هاي ارتباطي تاكيد نموده است. در آموزه‌هاي قرآني، از ميان گفت‌وگوهاي شخصيت‌هاي مختلف، مي‌توان مهارت‌هاي خاصي را منطبق بر علوم ارتباطات برداشت نمود. در داستان حضرت موسي و دختران شعيب، اسلوب‌هاي ارتباطي و ويژگي‌هاي اثر بخشي در ارتباطات ميان فردي را مي‌توان يافت. همچنين در فرايند گفت‌وگو‌ها، بسياري از پيام‌هاي غير كلامي در ارتباطات، رمز گشايي و توسط فرد مقابل دريافت گرديده است. تفاوت مهم ارتباطات در فرهنگ قرآن كريم با فرهنگ غرب، تاكيد بر هنجارها و ارزش‌هاي انساني است

The world in which we live today is named as the world of communications. The Holy Qur’?n is the most significant message that man has received. In the Qur’?n, the procedure for establishing communication with others is explicitly or implicitly regarded as important. Throughout the Qur’?n, God has stressed the importance of communication by recounting various stories. In the Qur’?nic teachings, from among the dialogs between different personalities, specific skills can be seen as in agreement with communication sciences. In the story of the Prophet Moses (A.S.) and the Jethro’s daughters, one can notice certain communicative patterns and what is regarded as effective in interpersonal communications. Furthermore, in the process of the dialogs, many of the non-verbal messages are deciphered and received by the addressees. The macommunication in the Qur’?nic culture and the Western culture is the emphasis put on the human norms and values.
