بررسي شاخص هاي ساختار صنعت و رتبه بندي صنايع استان آذربايجان شرقي

The Study of Industrial Structure Indices and the Classification of East Azarbaijan Industries

ايجاد صنايع جديد در استان آذربايجان شرقي همزمان با كل ايران از حدود چهل سال پيش آغاز شد. علي رغم گذشت مدت طولاني از تاسيس بنگاههاي صنعتي، تغييرات زيادي درصنايع ايران صورت گرفته كه دراين تحقيق هدف بررسي تغييرات ساختار صنعت استان آذربايجان شرقي و اولويت بندي فعاليتهاي آن مي باشد. براي اندازه گيري تغييرات ساختار اقتصادي در زيربخشهاي صنعت استان از مدل تغيير سهم و براي اولويت بندي فعاليتهاي صنعتي از شاخصهاي مزيّت توليدي استفاده شده است. بر اساس نتايج مدل تغيير سهم، فعاليتهاي 19 گانه صنعتي استان در قالب بخشهاي برنده اقتصادي، برنده مختلط اقتصادي، بازنده اقتصادي و بازنده مختلط اقتصادي ارايه گرديده است. اولويتجبندي فعاليتهاي صنعتي بر مبناي شاخصهاي مزيت توليدي ، ضريب مكاني ارزش افزوده و ضريب مكاني اشتغال و ساير شاخصهاي مطرح شده نشان مي دهد توليد ماشين آلات و تجهيزات طبقه بندي نشده درجاي ديگر، توليد مواد و محصولات شيميايي، دباغي وعمل آوردن چرم و. . . ، صنايع موادغذايي و آشاميدني ، توليد ساير محصولات كاني غيرفلزي، توليد محصولات فلزي فابريكي بجز ماشين آلات ،توليد منسوجات و توليد ساير وسايل حمل ونقل اولويتهاي اول تا هشتم فعاليتهاي صنعتي استان را تشكيل مي دهند.

Creating new industries in East Azarbaijan Province started about forty years ago simultaneous with the rest of the country. Despits the fact that a long time has passed since the establishment of industrial enterprises, there have been numerous changes in the industries of Iran. The present research aims to study the changes in the industrial structure of East Azarbaijan and to prioritize its activities. In order to measure the economical structure changes in the subdivisions of the province industry, the importance shift model has been used, and in order to prioritize the industrial activities, production priority indices have been used. According to the results of important shift model, the 19 industrial activities of the province have been presented in the form of economic winner sectors, economic mix-winner sectors, economic loser sectors, and economic mix-loser sectors. The prioritizing of the industrial activities on the basis of production priority indices, value added location quotient, employment location quotient, and other related indices indicates that the production of machinery and equipment not classified elsewhere ; tannery and leather industry,….. ; food and drink industries; the production of other non-metal inorganic products; the production of metal products other than machinery ; the production of textile; and the production of other means of transportation comprise the first to eight priorities of the industrial activities of the province.
