تبيين تجارب اداري – رفاهي مربيان و رابطين بهداشت در قطع ارتباط با مراكز مجري برنامه در استان مركزي: يك مطالعه كيفي

Healthcare Communicators And Instructors’ Administrative-Recreational Experiences In Breaking Off With The Headquarter: A Qualitative Study

زمينه و هدف: با توجه به اهميت حضور رابطين در برنامه‌هاي بهداشتي و اينكه در سالهاي اخير شاهد كاهش ميزان همكاري و يا قطع ارتباط آنها با مراكز بهداشتي درماني هستيم، لذا مطالعه‌اي كيفي با هدف تبيين تجارب اداري-رفاهي مربيان و رابطين بهداشت در قطع ارتباط آنان با مراكز مجري برنامه در استان مركزي طراحي و اجرا گرديد. روش بررسي: اين مطالعه يك پژوهش كيفي مي‌باشد كه شركت كنندگان آن شامل رابطين شاغل به تعداد 60 نفر، قطع همكاري كرده 20 نفر و مربيان آنان 35 نفر بودند كه به روش نمونه گيري مبتني بر هدف انتخاب شدند. براي جمع آوري اطلاعات از بحث متمركز گروهي و از مصاحبه انفرادي نيمه ساختاريافته و براي تحليل آنها از روش تحليل محتواي كيفي استفاده شد. يافته‌ها : از تحليل متن مصاحبه‌ها، مفاهيم كليدي زير در دو طبقه اصلي رفاهي و اداري استخراج گرديد. در طبقه رفاهي، امكانات درماني، هدايا، استخدام و اردو و در طبقه اداري، اعتبارات، وضعيت مربيان، پست سازماني و آشناسازي به دست آمد. نتيجه‌گيري: بيان انتظارات از رابطين در هنگام انتخاب آنان مي‌توانند در ماندگاري آنان تاثير زيادي داشته باشد. همچنين برگزاري نشست‌هاي نمايندگان رابطين با مسيولين به منظور بيان مشكلات و ارايه راهكارها، برگزاري مراسم و فراهم نمودن بستر مناسب از طريق جذب منابع مالي جهت حمايت از برنامه رابطين و تقدير از ايشان و ارتقا سطح تحصيلات رابطين و مربيان و ايجاد پست‌هاي سازماني جهت مربيان مي‌توانند در افزايش حضور و ارتقا برنامه رابطين بهداشت موثر باشد.

Background and Aim: Regarding the importance of communicators’ presence in health programs and the fact that in recent years, we have witnessed a decrease in their cooperation or a cut in their relationship with the headquarters. This qualitative study was performed to clarify communicators and instructors’ administrative-recreational experiences in breaking off with the headquarters. Materials and Methods: This qualitative study was carried out on 60 healthcare communicators, 20 ex- communicators and 35 instructors selected through purposive sampling. The data were collected using focus discussion groups and semi-structured interviews with the participants. For data analysis, qualitative content analysis was employed. Results: The findings of data analysis revealed two main levels: recreational and administrative. The key themes of the former included medical facilities, gifts, employment, futurism and camp and of the latter consisted of credit resources, instructors’ conditions, organizational posts and orientation. Conclusion: Expressing what is expected from communicators when selecting them can play a significant role in keeping them up with their jobs. Holding meetings between authorities and communicators’ representatives to discuss their problems and present solutions, holding reward ceremonies, preparing the grounds for attracting financial resources to support communicators’ programs, appreciating them and enhancing the communicators and instructors’ academic level, and creating organizational posts for instructors can be effective in maintaining their presence and enhancing health communicators’ program.
