سرمايه‌اجتماعي، اعتماد اجتماعي؛‌ نشانه‌هاي آسيب‌شناختي روابط اجتماعي در ايران

Social Capital, Social Trust, pathological Symptoms of Social Relations in Iran

مفهوم سرمايه اجتماعي (social capital) شامل سرمايه و منابع حاصل از نهادها،‌ روابط و هنجارهايي است كه كنش متقابل اجتماعي جامعه را به لحاظ كمي و كيفي شكل مي‌دهند. اين مفهوم به دليل ماهيت و محتواي خود مي‌تواند در تحليل‌هاي نظري در حوزه‌هاي مختلف به كار گرفته شود كه يكي از آن ها،‌ حوزه، آسيب‌هاي اجتماعي است به لحاظ ماهيت پيچيده آسيب‌هاي اجتماعي، سرمايه اجتماعي به‌عنوان ابزاري اساسي قابليت و كارآيي بالايي در تعيين و تشريح مسايل اجتماعي از جمله آسيب‌هاي اجتماعي دارد. با توجه به تاثيرات متقابل سرمايه اجتماعي با مسايل گوناگون جامعه و به ويژه آسيب‌هاي اجتماعي و نحوه حضور آن ها در زندگي كنشگران اجتماعي،‌ در اين مطالعه ابتدا تعريفي از سرمايه اجتماعي ارايه شده است، سپس رابطه آسيب‌هاي اجتماعي با سرمايه اجتماعي با استناد به نتايج تحقيقات انجام گرفته مورد بحث قرار گرفته است.

The concept of social capital includes the capital and the sources of the institutions, the relations and the norms that show the quantity and quality of social interactions in a society. Due to its nature and content, this concept can be used in theoretical analysis in different fields that the field of social deviances is one of them. Based on the complex nature of the social deviances, social capital as a basic device has a high capability to determine and interpret the social problems such as social deviances. Concerning the reciprocal influences of the social capital and the various problems of the society especially the social deviances and the method of their presence in the lives of the social actors, this study offers a definition of the social capital and discusses the relationship between the social deviances and the social capital regarding the research results.
