تعيين مزيت نسبي صنايع مواد غذايي استان آذربايجان شرقي (مبتني بر مزيت توليدي و مزيت تجاري غير مستقيم)

Determining the Comparative Advantage of Food Industry in East Azerbaijan Province (Based on indirect productive advantage and commercial advantage)

سياست گذاري و برنامه ريزي صحيح اقتصادي در هر كشور مستلزم شناخت امكانات و قابليت هاي توليدي مناطق مختلف آن كشور است. اين تحقيق به بررسي وضعيت صنايع مواد غذايي استان آذربايجان شرقي و ارزيابي مزيت نسبي در زير شاخه هاي عمده اين صنعت مي پردازد. بدين منظور با استفاده از شاخص هاي دهگانه ي مزيت نسبي در حوزه صنعت، توانايي توليد هر كدام از زير شاخه ها به ترتيب مورد بررسي قرار گرفته و در ادامه به كمك شاخص ضريب مكاني ( LQ ) و نتايج آن به صورت غير مستقيم توانايي صدور رتبه بندي شده است . در نهايت به كمك تكنيك تحليل عاملي دسته بندي اوليه ، و سپس با استفاده از تاكسونومي عددي اولويت بندي نهايي زير شاخه ها و وضعيت آنها از نظر مزيت نسبي در صنعت مذكور ارايه شده است . با توجه به نتايج شاخص ضريب مكاني در نهايت به كمك نمودار عنكبوتي ميزان تغييرات ساختاري صنايع مواد غذايي استان نيز در طول سالهاي 80 الي 85 نشان داده شده است .

Proper economic policy making and planning in every country require knowing its possibilities and capabilities of production. This study investigates the condition of the food industry of East Azerbaijan Province and evaluates the comparative advantage in the major subbranches of this industry. To do this, with the use of the tenfold branches of comparative advantage within the industry, the production ability of every subbranches is investigated in order; then, with the help of LQ index and its results, release ability is ranked indirectly. Ultimately, with the help of primary factorizing technique followed by the use of numeral taxonomy, the final ranking of the subbranches and their condition in terms of comparative advantage in the mentioned industry is prepared. Finally, with regard to the results of LQ index and with the help of spider diagram, the rate of the structural transformations of the province’s food industry within the years 80-85 is also shown.
