Designing a Domestic E-readiness Assessment Model for the Deployment of Mobile Learning

مقدمه: امروزه روند استفاده از آموزش الكترونيكي به سرعت در حال افزايش است. يكي از الگوهاي جديد آموزشي در اين عرصه، آموزش موبايل (سيار) است كه با توسعه فناوري‌هاي تجهيزات موبايل در برخي از كشورهاي پيشرفته توسعه چشمگيري داشته است. مواد و روش‌ها: به‌منظور تدوين مدلي براي سنجش ميزان آمادگي الكترونيكي مراكز آموزشي جهت استقرار آموزش موبايل، پس از مطالعه مدل‌هاي مختلف سنجش آمادگي يادگيري الكترونيكي، با الهام از يكي از مدل‌هاي آموزش الكترونيكي و بر اساس ادبيات موضوع، مدلي بومي طراحي و تدوين شد. سپس به‌منظور تعيين و تاييد كفايت مدل پيشنهادي، پرسشنامه نظرسنجي از خبرگان، تدوين و در اختيار 45 نفر از 10 مركز دانشگاهي برتر كشور در اين زمينه قرار گرفت. نتايج: پس از جمع‌آوري پرسشنامه‌ها و انجام تحليل‌ها و آزمون‌هاي مختلف، كفايت مدل مورد تاييد قرار گرفت و مدل طراحي شده نهايي گرديد. سپس بر اساس مدل پيشنهادي ميزان آمادگي الكترونيكي مركز آموزش‌هاي الكترونيكي دانشگاه صنعتي اصفهان جهت استقرار آموزش موبايل مورد سنجش و اندازه‌گيري قرار گرفت. نتيجه‌گيري: اكنون با استخراج مدل بومي سنجش آمادگي الكترونيكي آموزش موبايل و آزمايش آن، مدل مزبور آماده به‌كارگيري در هر يك از مراكز آموزشي و دانشگاهي مي‌باشد.

Introduction: Nowadays, e-learning is gaining widespread popularity all over the world. One of the new models of trend is education through mobiles which has grown increasingly in some developed countries owing to the development of mobile technology. Material and Methods: To design a model for determining the level of e-readiness in educational centers for deployment of mobile learning, the researcher studied different e-learning readiness assessment models, and based on the available literature and one of the e-learning readiness assessment models, designed a domestic model. To determine and accredit the adequacy of the proposed model, the researcher prepared a valid and reliable questionnaire to collect the viewpoints of 45 experts in the field from 10 top universities in Iran. Results: The collected data were carefully analyzed, and the adequacy of the model was accredited and according to suggested points the final and refined model was designed. Then, based on the proposed model, the level of Isfahan University e-learning center readiness for deployment of Mobile learning was measured. Conclusion: Regarding this accredited, domestic e-readiness assessment model, the model is now ready for use at any school and university.
