بررسي رابطه ذهنيت فلسفي با ميزان افزايش خلاقيت كاركنان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد تهران شمال

Relationship between the Philosophical Mentality and Creativity of the Staff Working in Islamic Azad University, North Tehran Branch

مساله مورد بحث در اين پژوهش بررسي رابطه بين ذهنيت فلسفي با ميزان خلاقيت كاركنان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد تهران شمال بوده كه سعي كرده ايم ضمن شناسايي ذهنيت فلسفي و خلاقيت كاركنان، به هدف اصلي تحقيق كه كشف و تعيين رابطه بين ذهنيت فلسفي و خلاقيت كاركنان دانشگاه است، بپردازيم.روش تحقيق مورد استفاده در اين پژوهش توصيفي و از نوع همبستگي است. جامعه آمّاري مورد استفاده، كاركنان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد تهران شمال در سال 1390 است كه 650 نفر بوده و با استفاده از جدول كرجسي و مورگان تعداد 242 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. همچنين در اين پژوهش از دو پرسش نامه ذهنيت فلسفي و خلاقيت استفاده شده كه هر دو استاندارد بوده و ضريب پايايي آن به ترتيب 74/0 و 88/0 برآورد شده است. نتايج حاصل از روش هاي به كار گرفته شده در پژوهش(در سطح امّار توصيفي، متغيرهاي آماري نظير فراواني، ميانگين، درصد، واريانس، انحراف معيار و در سطح آمار استنباطي از طريق همبستگي، آزمون تحليل واريانس يك طرفه و رگرسيون چند متغيره) نشان داد بين ذهنيت فلسفي با ميزان افزايش خلاقيت كاركنان رابطه وجود دارد.

This research was an attempt to investigate the possible relationship between the philosophical mentality and creativity of the staff working in Islamic Azad University, North Tehran Branch. The study aimed at identifying creativity and philosophical mentality of the staff of this university Branch. The study was descriptive in nature and made use of correlation studies for the purpose of data analysis. Using Kergsey and Morgan sampling technique, the sample consisted of 242 subjects randomly selected from a total number of 650 staff working in the university. Two standardized questionnaires were utilized to obtain the required data on creativity and philosophical mentality (r =0.88 and 0.74 respectively). The results obtained through statistical procedures (descriptive statistics: frequency tabulations, mean, percentage, variance, standard deviation and inferential statistics: correlation, one-way ANOVA and multiple regression) revealed that there is a positive correlation between philosophical mentality of the staff and their creativity.
