Constraints to the Application of Integrated Crop Management in Sustainable Agriculture

تحقيق حاضر كه به بررسي و تحليل موانع كاربرد مديريت تلفيقي محصول در كشاورزي پايدار از ديدگاه كارشناسان شهرستان ري مي‌پردازد، از لحاظ هدف، كاربردي؛ از نظر ميزان نظارت و كنترل، ميداني؛ و از لحاظ گردآوري داده ها جز پژوهش هاي توصيفي ـ همبستگي به‌شمار مي‌رود. جامعه آماري تحقيق كليه سي كارشناس اداره جهاد كشاورزي شهر ري در 1390 را شامل مي‌شود. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه است، كه روايي آن به تاييد اساتيد دانشگاه و كارشناسان رسيده، پايايي آن نيز با استفاده از ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ محاسبه مي‌شود. بررسي ضرايب همبستگي نشان مي‌دهد كه موانع آموزشي، مالي، نهادي ـ سازماني، شناختي (نگرشي) با كاربرد مديريت تلفيقي محصول رابطه مثبت و معني‌دار دارد، ولي با سن افراد داراي رابطه منفي است. همچنين، بر اساس نتايج حاصل از رگرسيون چندگانه به روش گام به گام، متغيرهاي يادشده، در مجموع، شصت درصد از كاربرد مديريت تلفيقي محصول را تبيين مي‌كنند.

The present study examines the constraints to the application of integrated crop management in sustainable agriculture from the view of experts in Rey county. It is an applied and descriptive-correlative study. The statistical population consists of 30 experts from Jihad for Agricultural Bureau in Rey county during 2011. The research tool is a questionnaire and its validity is assessed by academic experts and its reliability examined by Cronbachʹs Alpha coefficient. The examination of correlation coefficients indicates that training, financial, institutional-organizational, and cognitive limitations have significant and positive relationships with the application of integrated crop management while it has a negative relationship with age of respondents. In addition, the results of multiple regression show that the aforementioned variables can explain 60% of changes in the application of integrated crop management.
