جنگ هاي آينده و مشخصات آن با تحليلي بر ديدگاه برخي صاحب‌نظران نظامي غرب

Future Wars from the Western Military Expertsʹʹ Perspectives

اساسي‌ترين جنبه بررسي و تبيين ديدگاه صاحب‌نظران نظامي غرب در باب جنگ هاي آينده و مشخصات آن، مباحث دشمن شناسي، آينده پژوهي و پيش‌بيني ضرورت هاي دفاعي است. اين پژوهش از زمره پژوهش هاي كيفي است كه براي جمع آوري اطلاعات مورد نياز آن از روش « روش تحليل محتوا » استفاده و كوشيده ‌شده تا مباني لازم براي تبيين موضوع از رهنامه نظامي آمريكا و ديدگاه برخي صاحب‌نظران نظامي غرب استخراج شود. نتايج بيانگر آن است كه فضاي جنگ در آينده بيشتر فضايي مجازي، سيّال، نرم افزاري و خارج از حواس انسان خواهد بود كه به استعاره مي توان آن را ذهن ناميد. با بررسي آثار و ديدگاه برخي از نظريه پردازان نظامي غرب و رهنامه نظامي آمريكا، مشخصات زيادي براي جنگ هاي آينده قابل استخراج است كه در اين نوشتار به مواردي همچون: عمليات سريع و قاطع، راه‌اندازي ايتلاف و انجام عمليات مركب، انجام عمليات تاثيرمحور، هم‌زمان‌سازي قدرت، انجام عمليات غيرخطي، به‌كارگيري نيرو هاي ويژه، ارزيابي همه جانبه اطلاعاتي، درگيري هم‌زمان در سطوح سه‌گانه، انجام عمليات پيش‌دستانه، استمرار عمليات تحت هر شرايطي، توسعه صحنه نبرد، تكيه بر عمليات رواني، حمله به مراكز ثقل، آفند مسطح، تهاجم هوايي و موشكي دقيق، مديريت زمان، كاهش هزينه هاي جنگ، مديريت آستانه تحمل ملت ها و تغيير در نوع مانور اشاره شده است. بايد خاطر نشان كرد كه اغلب نظريه‌پردازان نظامي غرب غالباً با بيان برتري نظامي و نشان دادن توانايي، قابليت‌ها، فناوري، اقتدار علمي، صنعتي و نظامي خود سعي دارند خود را قدرت برتر نشان دهند. البته اين تصور نادرست آنهاست و عنصر مهمي كه مي‌تواند معادلات جنگ را بر هم بزند نيروي انگيزه، روحيه و شهادت‌طلبي و اراده ملت‌هاست كه در پشتيباني از دولت خويش بر مي‌آيند.

Main areas of elaborating the perspectives of western military experts on the future wars and their characteristics revolve around the issues such as knowing enemy, futurology and predicting the defense requirements which have to be done in the course of contact with colony-seeking enemies. As a qualitative research based on content and corpus analysis, the study tried to characterize the future wars from the western military expertsʹ perspectives extracted from the USA military manual and their statements. The analysis revealed that the future wars will be mainly virtual, mobile, software-based and intellectual. More specifically, such wars are characterized as quick and decisive operations, allied and combined, effective, power synchronization, non-linear, employment of special forces, comprehensive analysis of intelligence, simultaneous clash at three areas, preventive operations, sustainment under any circumstances, extended battlefield, focus on psychic operations, attack on the focal points, level offense, precise air and missile attack, time management, reduction of war costs, managing nations tolerance threshold and changes in the type of maneuver. Majority of the western military experts try to present themselves as the dominant power through presenting their military might, capacities, technology, and scientific, industrial and military authority. But it is a misconception since it is the power of motivation, spirit of seeking martyrdom and wills of the nations in support of their governments, which decide the equation of hostility and war.
