شناسايي و رتبه بندي موانع و عوامل تسهيل‌كننده مديريت دانش در دانشكده هاي حسابداري و مالي (رويكرد تحليل سلسله مراتبي گروهي)

Identifying and Ranking Barriers and Facilitators to Knowledge Management in Accounting and Finance Faculties

مديريت دانش عامل كليدي در سازمان‌هاي مرتبط با حوزه پژوهش و آموزش است و مي‌تواند در ارتقاي بهره‌وري دانشگاه‌ها و ساير موسساتي كه فعاليت‌هاي پژوهشي انجام مي‌دهند بخصوص دانشكده هاي حسابداري و مالي كه روند پيشرفت و توسعه دانش در آنها چشمگير است، نقشي كليدي بازي كند. فرآيند جمع آوري، خلق و اشاعه دانش با موانع و تسهيل كننده‌هاي زيادي روبرو است كه شناخت آنها و برنامه ريزي براي تقويت عوامل تسهيل كننده يا حذف موانع باعث افزايش رشد توليد علم در دانشكده ها خواهد شد. اين مطالعه چگونگي ادراك اساتيد و دانشجوياندانشكده هاي حسابداري و مالي از موانع و عوامل تسهيل‌كننده مديريت دانش را نشان مي‌دهد. بدين منظور سه حوزه جنبه‌هاي فردي، جنبه‌هاي اجتماعي- سازماني و جنبه‌هاي فني در قالب سه جنبه از موانع و عوامل تسهيل‌كننده مديريت دانش از طريق پرسش نامه مورد بررسي قرار گرفت و در ادامه موانع و تسهيل كننده هاي تاييد شده براساس تحليل سلسله مراتبي گروهي رتبه بندي گرديد و براساس آن نتايج بدست آمده مورد تحليل و بررسي واقع شد. نتايج حاصله حاكي از اين است كهويژگي هاي فردي هم در عوامل تسهيل كننده و هم در موانع مديريت دانش از اهميت اول برخوردار است. فرهنگ نامناسب سازماني، عدم آموزش و مشكلات انگيزشي تعدادي از موانع متعددي هستند كه در دانشكده هاي حسابداري و مالي بر سر راه مديريت دانش قرار دارند. انگيزه و پاداش،تحصيلات و آموزش، استفاده از فناوري اطلاعات و منابع انساني واجد شرايط و داراي صلاحيت هم از جمله تسهيل كننده‌هاي مديريت دانش در اين دانشكده ها مي‌باشند.

Knowledge management is a key factor in research and education institutions, and can improve productivity in universities and other institutions doing research especially in Accounting and Finance Faculties because the knowledge of finance & accounting is improving quickly. Process of collection, the creation and promotion of knowledge and facilitate faces many barriers. Understanding the barriers and facilitators is important to universities and research centers, because this enable them to facilitate the process so smooth and objective. This research shows the perception of researchers and teachers of Accounting and Finance Facultiesin various universities about the barriers and facilitating factors of knowledge management. Three areas contain individual aspects, social- organizational aspects and technical aspects of the barriers and facilitating factors of knowledge management through questionnaire were examined and ranking with GAHP approach, finally analysis the result based on expert opinion. The results indicate that the individual characteristics have the highest important in both barriers and facilitators of knowledge management. Improper Culture Organization, the lack of education and motivation problem is a number of problems that are in universities of Iran in the way of knowledge management. Motivation and reward, education and training, use of information technology and qualified human is some of knowledge management facilitators in the universities.
