چكيده فارسي :
زمينه: هيپرتيروييدي تحت باليني زماني گفته مي‌شود كه سطح TSH سرم كمتر از حد نرمال بوده ولي غلظت هورمون‌هاي تيروييد در محدوده نرمال باشد. مواردي كه در اين بيماري نياز به درمان دارند عبارتند از: بيماراني كه TSH كمتر از 1/0 ميلي‌واحد در ليتر دارند (به‌خصوص افراد مسن) و بيماراني كهTSH بين 4/0-1/0 ميلي‌واحد در ليتر دارند در شرايط خاصي مانند استيوپروز بعد از يايسگي, نازايي, اختلالات قاعدگي, نارسايي احتقاني قلب و آنژين صدري درمان توصيه مي‌شود. هدف اين مطالعه مروري، بررسي انديكاسيون‌هاي درمان در بيماران با هيپرتيروييدي تحت باليني مي‌باشد.
مواد و روش‌ها: اين بررسي مقالات نمايه شده در pubmed، embase، block cochrance بوده است كه كلماتي مانند هيپرتيروييدي تحت باليني تيروكسين و تيروتروپين را مورد جستجو قرار داده است.
يافته‌ها: تعداد 209 مقاله طي جستجو پيدا شد كه 53 مقاله در مورد موضوع مورد بررسي اين مطالعه بوده و مطالب تحت عنوان هيپرتيروييدي تحت باليني و انديكاسيون‌هاي درمان آن بيان مي‌گردد.
نتيجه‌گيري: در اين مقاله سعي شده است كه مطالعات مختلف در مورد هيپرتيروييدي تحت باليني و انديكاسيون‌هاي درمان ارايه گردد.
چكيده لاتين :
Background: Subclinical hyperthyroidism occurs when peripheral thyroid hormone levels are within the normal labaratory reference range and serum thyroid stimulating hormone level is less than normal. For patients with sustained subclinical hyperthyroidism (serum TSH level < 0/1mlu/L), therapy is recommended especially in older patients. Observation or selective therapy should be considered for patients with: Serum TSH level between 0/1 and 0/4 mlu/L and postmonoposel osteoprosis, recent atrial fibrillation congestive heart failure, angina pectoris and infertility or menstrual disorder. This review article aimed to assess the indication of treatment of the patients with subclinical hypothyroidism.
Material and Methods: The sample size of this study was the article index in block cochrance, embase, pubmed databases and enutained the terms subclinical hyperthyroid, thyroxin, and thyrotropin.
Results: 209 articles were found that 53 articles were investigated for this issue. The results are discussed under the subtitles such as subclinical hypothyroidism and indication of treatment of subclinical hyperthyroidism.
Conclusion: In this summary, we tried to review the current literature about subclinical hyperthyroidism and indication of treatment of subclinical hyperthyroidism.
