بررسي حد تحمل جودره (Hordeum spontaneum)، يولاف وحشي (Avena ludoviciana) و ارقام مختلف گندم (Triticum aestivum) به علف‏كش متريبوزين

Tolerance of Wild Barley (Hordeum spontaneum), Wild Oat (Avena ludoviciana) and Different Wheat (Triticum aestivum) Cultivars to Metribuzin

به منظور بررسي حد تحمل جودره (Hordeum spontaneum)، يولاف وحشي (Avena ludoviciana) و ارقام مختلف گندم (Triticum aestivum) به علف‏كش متريبوزين (سنكور)، آزمايشي در گلخانه تحقيقاتي دانشكده كشاورزي دانشگاه فردوسي مشهد در قالب طرح كاملا تصادفي با سه تكرار اجرا شد. تيمارهاي آزمايشي شامل 5 رقم گندم (آتيلا، چمران، نيك نژاد، دوروم و گاسگوژن)، گونه علف‎هرز (جودره و يولاف وحشي) و كاربرد علفكش متريبوزين در شش دُز (صفر، 100، 200، 400، 800 و1600 گرم ماده تجاري در هكتار) بودند. نتايج نشان داد كه يولاف وحشي بيشترين حساسيت را به كاربرد متريبوزين داشت (257=ED50) و جودره (722=ED50) در مقايسه با يولاف وحشي به طور معني‎داري تحمل بالاتري به متريبوزين داشت. در مورد ارقام گندم نيز، نيك نژاد (1022=ED50) و گاسكوژن (958=ED50) تحمل بالاتر و ارقام آتيلا (307=ED50) و گندم دوروم (498=ED50) تحمل پايين‎تري در مقايسه با ساير ارقام گندم و جودره نشان دادند، اما به طور معني‎داري درجه تحمل بالاتري از يولاف وحشي داشتند.

In order to investigate the tolerance of wild barley (Hordeum spontaneum), wild oat (Avena ludoviciana) and different wheat (Triticum aestivum) cultivars to metribuzin (Sencore®), a completely randomized design experiment was conducted in Ferdowsi university of Mashhad. The treatment were replicated three times and included wheat cultivars (Atila, Chamran, Niknejad, Dorum, Gaskojen), weed species (wild barley, and wild oat), and herbicide doses (0, 100, 200, 400, 800, and 1600 g/ha of commercial formulation). The results demonstrated that wild oat was the most susceptible species to metribuzin, and wild barley (ED50=722) was significantly more tolerance than wild oat (ED50=257). Among wheat cultivars, Niknejad (ED50=1022) and Gaskojen (ED50=958) had more tolerance and Atila (ED50=307) and Dorum (ED50=498) were less tolerance than other cultivars and wild barley, but were significantly more tolerant than wild oat.
