ارتباط بين سبك رهبري مربيان با رضايت مندي ورزشكاران ليگ برتر واليبال مردان ايران

Relationship between Coaching Style with Athlete’s Satisfaction of Iran Men Volleyball Super league

هدف اين تحقيق، بررسي رابطه بين سبك مربيگري مربيان بر مبناي سبك آمرانه و آزادمنشانه با رضايت مندي ورزشكاران آن‌هاست. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش بازيكنان ليگ برتر واليبال مردان به تعداد 192 نفر بود، كه 93 نفر از آن‌ها از طريق جدول حجم و نمونه مورگان و با استفاده از روش نمونه گيري خوشه‌اي به عنوان نمونه آماري انتخاب شدند. به منظور گردآوري داده‌ها از دو پرسشنامه رضايت-مندي ورزشكاران ريمر و چلادوراي (1998) با 14 سوال و همچنين پرسشنامه سبك مربيگري محقق ساخته با 12 سوال استفاده شد. 9 نفر از افراد صاحب نظر روايي صوري و محتوايي پرسشنامه محقق ساخته سبك رهبري را بررسي كردند و در مطالعه راهنما، پايايي پرسشنامه‌هاي رضايت-مندي ورزشكاران و سبك مربيگري به ترتيب 89/0 و 75/0 به دست آمد. به منظور توصيف داده‌ها از روش‌هاي آمار توصيفي و براي تجزيه و تحليل استنباطي داده‌هاي تحقيق از ضريب همبستگي پيرسون در نرم افزار SPSSو در سطح معني داري 05/0?P استفاده شد. يافته‌ها نشان مي دهد بين سبك مربيگري آمرانه و رضايت از نحوه آموزش و تمرين مربي (001/0=P، 41/0r=)، عملكرد تيمي (018/0=P، 25/0r=) و عملكرد فردي (008/0=P، 28/0r=) رابطه معني-داري وجود دارد، اما بين سبك مربيگري آمرانه و رضايت از رفتار مربي رابطه معني داري وجود ندارد. بين سبك مربيگري آزادمنشانه و رضايت از نحوه آموزش و تمرين مربي، عملكرد تيمي و عملكرد فردي نيز رابطه معني داري وجود ندارد، اما بين سبك مربيگري آزادمنشانه و رضايت از رفتار مربي (001/0=P، 46/0r=) رابطه معني داري وجود دارد.

The purpose of this research was study the relationship between authoritarian and libertarian leadership styles with their athlete’s satisfaction. From 192 Iranian volleyball players participating in Iran men volleyball super league selected 93 players by cluster sampling as sample. In this research used from athletes satisfaction questionnaire of Riemer and Chelladurai (1998) and made-researcher questionnaire of coaching style. The validity of coaching style questionnaire measured by 9 experts and in pilot study, questionnaires reliability of athletes satisfaction and coaching style measured 0.89 and 0.75 respectively. In order to evaluate and compare the descriptive data used from descriptive and inferential statistical (Pearson coefficient correlation) in SPSS software and significant level p?0/05. Results showed that there is significantly relationship between authoritarian coaching style and satisfaction from coach education and training method (r=0.41, p=0.001), team performance (r=0.25, p=0.018) and individual performance (r=0.28, p=0.008), but there is not significantly relationship between authoritarian coaching style and satisfaction from coach behavior. At against, there is not significantly relationship between libertarian and satisfaction from coach education and training method, team performance and individual performance, but there is significantly relationship between libertarian coaching style and satisfaction from coach behavior (r=0.46, p=0.001).
