Children vaccination coverage and the causes of its stop or delay in zabol university medical of sciences in 2009

مقدمه: ايمن سازي يكي از مهمترين شاخصهاي هزينه-اثربخشي براي پيشگيري از ابتلا به بيماري و مرگ و مير است.. لذا اين مطالعه به منظور تعيين پوشش ايمن سازي و علل قطع يا تاخير آن در كودكان تحت پوشش دانشگاه علوم پزشكي زابل در سال 1388 طراحي و اجرا گرديد. روش پژوهش: دراين مطالعه توصيفي – تحليلي از نوع مقطعي جامعه آماري مورد مطالعه شامل كليه كودكان 26-15 ماهه در مناطق شهري و روستايي تحت پوشش دانشگاه علوم پزشكي زابل در زمان پرسشگري بود كه تعداد 630 كودك در قالب 90 خوشه 7 نفري با استفاده از روش نمونه گيري خوشه اي و سيستماتيك انتخاب و با استفاده از روش مصاحبه با مادران و يا قيم و سرپرست اصلي كودك و همچنين بررسي كارتهاي واكسيناسيون كودكان مورد بررسي قرار گرفتند . داده ها با استفاده از آمار توصيفي و آمار تحليلي و آزمون آماري Chi-square مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. يافته ها: براساس نتايج مطالعه از مجموع تعداد 630 كودك مورد بررسي تعداد 595 نفر (4/94 درصد) بطور كامل تحت پوشش واكسيناسيون قرار گرفته بودند . مهمترين علل قطع يا تاخير ايمن سازي كودكان به ترتيب مربوط به عدم آگاهي از نياز به دوزهاي بعدي واكسن، عدم آگاهي از نياز به واكسيناسيون، عدم دسترسي و نبودن واكسن، به تعويق انداختن نوبتها به دليل عدم انگيزه و نبودن فرد واكسيناتور گزارش گرديد. نتيجه گيري : با توجه به يافته هاي پژوهش وضعيت پوشش ايمن سازي كودكان در حد مطلوب قرار داشت و با توجه به علل ناقص بودن واكسيناسيون، لزوم برگزاري كلاسهاي آموزشي براي مادران در خصوص برنامه ايمن سازي و تامين امكانات و خدمات مورد نياز، ضروري به نظر مي رسد.

Background: vaccination is one of the most important effectiveness cost indexes for prevention of affliction ? mortality. So this study designed and performed in order to estimating exact children vaccination coverage and determining stop or delay causes in zabol university medical of sciences on 2010. methods: in this analytical cross-sectional study Statistical society consisted of all 15-26 months children in resident families in urban and rural under coverage areas in question erring time that were examined with cluster and systematic sampling method. In aforesaid areas 630 numbers of children in the frame of 90 clusters 7per person were examined. Usable information were collected with referring to mentioned households and using of interviewing method with mothers or guardian of child and also checking children vaccination cards . The data were analyzed by using descriptive and analytical statistics. Results: children vaccination coverage was evaluated totally 94.4% complete. The most important causes of its stop or delay according to the child’s mother or guardian, s statement in order was related to the lack of information to the need of next vaccine doses , lack of information to the need of doing vaccination and lack and unavailable of vaccine. Conclusions: According to the research findings the conditions of children vaccination coverage was in optimum level. According to defection causes of vaccination the need of holding some specific educational classes about vaccination for all mothers and recruiting required services and facilities it seems to be necessary.
