زون‌بندي منطقه حفاظت‌شده قيصري، براساس مدل‌هاي اكولوژيكي حفاظت و تفرج و نظرات كارشناسي

Zoning the Gheisary protected area based on conservation and recreation ecological models and expert opinions using GIS

مناطق حفاظت‌شده در سراسر جهان با بحران‌هاي اكولوژيك، استفاده غيرِمنطقي از منابع و افزايش فشار براي توسعه انساني مواجه هستند. يكي از استراتژي‌هاي مديريت چندگانه براي استفاده از منابع درون و پيرامون اين مناطق، زون‌بندي است. زون‌بندي مناطق حفاظت‌شده، درجهت كاهش ناسازگاري بين استفاده‌هاي ممكن از منابع و مهيا‌كردن فرصتي براي تصميم‌گيري است. درواقع، تحقق اهداف حفاظتي و بهره‌برداري مستلزم تهيه و تدوين نقشه زون‌بندي است. اين نقشه، وضعيت كنوني منطقه را ازلحاظ نوع كاربري و استعداد هر بخش نشان مي‌دهد. منطقه حفاظت‌شده قيصري با ??هزار هكتار مساحت در جنوب شرقي شهرستان كوهرنگ در استان چهارمحال و بختياري واقع شده و داراي گونه‌هاي جانوري با‌ارزشي همچون خرس قهوه‌اي، عقاب طلايي، كَل و بز مي‌باشد. همچنين داراي جاذبه‌هاي گردشگري مناسبي همچون چشم‌اندازها، رودخانه‌ها، چشمه‌ها و قلل مرتفع است. در اين مطالعه، پس از شناسايي منابع اكولوژيك، فرايند نقشه‌سازي با استفاده از سيستم‌هاي اطلاعات جغرافيايي (GIS) منجر به ايجاد يگان‌هاي محيط زيستي شد. سپس براساس مدل اكولوژيكي حفاظت و تفرج و به‌كارگيري اصول زون‌بندي درقالب نظرات كارشناسي، نقشه زون‌بندي منطقه حاصل گرديد. نتايج مطالعه، حاكي‌از آن است كه زون امن شامل سه پهنه و ??/??درصد، زون‌ تفرج گسترده شامل سه پهنه و ??/??درصد، زون تفرج متمركز شامل سه پهنه و ??/??درصد و زون بازسازي شامل دو پهنه و ??/??درصد منطقه هستند.

Protected areas around the world experience critical ecological disturbances, over exploitation of resources and increasingly pressure for human development. One of the multi criteria solutions for these problems inside and outside of protected areas is zoning. Zoning the protected area is for organizing incompatible possible uses and provides opportunities for making better decisions. In fact, to meet the conservation and utilization objects of protected areas, it needs to provide the zoning map. In this research, zoning of Gheisary protected area has been done based on physical and biological resource classification according to conservation and recreational ecological models using Arc-GIS and then resulted map has edited based on expert opinion intuitively. Gheisary has 10000 hectare area and located in southeast of Koohrang, Chaharmahal & Bakhtiary province. This area is habitat of valuable animal species such as brown bear, golden eagle and wild goat. It also has recreational attractive include of rivers, springs, falls and scenic high summits. In this study, at first ecological resources (land form, soil, geology, climate, vegetation, habitats, etc.) mapped and classified using Geographic Information System (GIS). Then based on conservation and recreation ecological models primary map zone prepared. Finally, by applying zoning principles in the form of expert opinions and intuitive verifications, final zoning map prepared. Results show that core zone include three patches and 44.26%, extensive recreation zone include three patches and 23.78%, intensive recreation zone include three patches and 12.92%, rehabilitation zone include two patches and 19.04% of Gheisary protected area.
