Management Role in Compiling Effective Development Approaches

در جهان كنوني با توجه به افزايش جمعيت و تبديل شهرها به اماكن صنعتي نياز به يك سيستم مديريتي به منظور تدوين اصول و راه كارهاي مربوط به اين توسعه احساس مي‌گردد. از طرفي مديريت شهري به عنوان بخشي از دانش مديريت بايستي به مقوله زيست محيطي به عنوان يكي از مهمترين اجزايي تاثير‌گذار در ساختار شهرها به منظور ايجاد مطلوبيت محيطي براي ساكنين توجه نمايد. مقاله حاضر حاصل پژوهشي است با هدف اصلي بررسي عوامل موثر در تدوين راه كارهاي مناسب و اثر بخش مقوله توسعه در حوزه مديريت حاكم بر شهر كه براساس روش تحقيق پيمايشي و با چارچوب قياسي انجام يافته است. جمع‌آوري اطلاعات از طريق اسناد و مدارك، مشاهدات، مصاحبه و پرسش‌نامه با مقياس ليكرت صورت گرفته است. جامعه آماري نيز ساكنين شهر تبريز با حجم نمونه 260 در نظر گرفته شده است. آزمون فرضيه‌ها استفاده از روش t-student بوده و يافته‌هاي تحقيق بيانگر اين مهم است كه نقش مديريت شهري با برنامه ريزي اصولي و تامين سرانه مناسب و ارايه آموزش‌هاي عمومي لازم و ايجاد مشاركت عمومي و توجه به توسعه آتي شهر در مقابله با اثرات سو توسعه روزن افزون جمعيت و صنعتي شدن، موثر و حايز اهميت است.

Regarding the increase of population in today’s world and turning cities into industrial places, the need for a management system is felt to compile principles and approaches related to this development. On the other hand, as a category of management science, urban management should pay attention to ecology as one of the most important parts affective city structure that creates a desirable environment for the residents. The present article is the result of a research which is conducted with the main goal to study the effective factors in compiling suitable and effective approaches for development in urban management system. The research was conducted by survey method with comparative framework. The information was gathered from documents, observations, interviews and questionnaires with Likert scale. The statistical population was the residents of Tabriz with the sample size of 260, and testing the hypotheses was done using t-student method. The findings of the research explain that the role of urban management is effective and important to fight against the negative effects of day-by-day increase of population and industrialization through orderly planning, providing suitable capitation, conducting public training, creating public contribution and paying attention to the future development of the city.
