The effects of relationship enrichment program on compatability of married students

هدف: اين پژوهش تعيين تاثير غني سازي ارتباط برميزان سازگاري زناشويي دانشجويان متاهل مي باشد. روش: اين پژوهش نيمه آزمايشي از نوع پيش آزمون – پس آزمون با گروه كنترل است. جامعه آماري اين مطالعه را زوج هاي دانشجوي دانشگاه پيام نور تشكيل داده اند. نمونه پژوهش 60 نفر (30 زوج) بوده كه يكي از زوجين الزاماً دانشجوي دانشگاه پيام نور اروميه مي باشد. زوجين به روش تصادفي در دو گروه كنترل (15 زوج) و گروه آزمايش (15 زوج) قرار گرفتند. متغيير مستقل برنامه آموزشي غني سازي روابط بود كه در 10 جلسه روي گروه آزمايش انجام شد. در گروه كنترل نيز كه شامل 15 زوج بود هيچ مداخله اي صورت نگرفت. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه سازگاري زناشويي (اسپاينر، 1976) بود. يافته ها: غني سازي روابط بر افزايش سازگاري زوجين موثر است. ابعاد آن شامل رضايت زناشويي، همبستگي زناشويي، توافق زوجي و ابراز محبت زوجي است. نتيجه گيري: مهارت غني سازي روابط، سازگاري زناشويي را افزايش مي دهد.

Aim: The purpose of this paper is to study the effects of relationship enrichment on compatability of married students. Methodology: This is a semi experimental study with pre-test and post-test on control group. Statistical population of this studywas a university student couples have formed. The samples were 60 persons (30 couples), that one of the spouses has been necessarily the student of PayamNoor university of uromieh. The spouses were rand mely divided to control groups (15 couples) and experimental groups (15 couples). The independent variable was relationship enrichment that was tested on experimental group in 10 sessions. The control group were not imposed on any variables. The research instrument were marital adjustment questionnaire. Finding: relationship enrichment is effective for couples compatability, that include: marital satisification, marital solidarity, couples agreement, expression of love. Conclusion: Relationship enrichment increased the marital compatability.
