برآورد ظرفيت برد مقاصد گردشگري در كلانشهرها (مطالعه موردي: آبشار تهران)

Estimating the Effective Capacity of Tourism Purposes in Metropolitan Cities (Case Study: Tehran Waterfall)

ظرفيت برد گردشگري براساس يك بيان كلي مطرح شده است كه هر شكلي از توسعه بايد در حدود ظرفيت برد اكوسيستم باشد. منظور از ظرفيت برد يك منطقه گردشگري، تعداد گردشگراني است كه آن منطقه مي تواند در يك مدت زماني معين بپذيرد. اين ظرفيت به وسعت و توپوگرافي منطقه، نوع خاك، ميزان و كيفيت تسهيلات گردشگري موجود، شرايط جوي و غيره در منطقه بستگي دارد. اين تحقيق با هدف بررسي ظرفيت برد گردشگري آبشار تهران با استفاده از روش توصيفي- تحليلي انجام شد. نتايج نشان داد كه ظرفيت برد گردشگري (فيزيكي، واقعي و موثر) مجموعه مذكور از حدود 27127 نفر در روز فراتر نرفته كه اين امر متاثر از شرايط جوي (تعداد روزهاي آفتابي و باراني)، كمبود امكانات و خدمات اقامتي و پذيرايي و غيره مي باشد. همچنين براي بالابردن ظرفيت برد گردشگري آبشار تهران لازم است شاخص هاي زيست محيطي، اجتماعي و كالبدي محدوده لحاظ شود و ايجاد و بسط هرگونه امكانات و تسهيلات در راستاي ظرفيت تحمل فيزيكي، واقعي و موثر آبشار در نظر گرفته شود.

The effective capacity of tourism has been defined using a general statement based on which each form of development must be in reach of the ecosystem effective capacity. An area’s effective capacity is the same as the number of the tourists, which can be accepted or probably attracted by the area. This capacity depends on the area’s topography, its soil, the available facilities, weather conditions, and so on. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effective capacity of Tehran Waterfall using a descriptive analysis method. The results showed that the tourist effective capacity (physical, real and effective) of the mentioned center has not preceded 271127 persons daily because of weather conditions (like sunny and rainy days) shortage of facilities, housing, entertainments, etc. To increase the tourist effective capacity of Tehran Waterfall the bioenvironmental, social and framing indexes as well as developing facilities regarding the physical, real, and effective capacity of the Waterfall must be considered.
