Investigating the Effect of the Processing Capacity of Accounting Information Systems on the Organizational Performance of Bonab Shahin Steel Complex

هدف كلي اين مقاله بررسي تاثير قابليت پردازش سيستم هاي اطلاعاتي حسابداري بر عملكرد سازماني مجتمع فولاد شاهين بناب مي باشد. در اين تحقيق براي اندازه گيري متغير مستقل تحقيق (سيستم اطلاعاتي حسابداري) از چارچوب نظري آلريج گليناس شامل ده مولفه؛ فن آوري، پايگاه داده-ها، گزارشگري، كنترل، عمليات تجاري، پردازش رويدادها، تصميم گيري مديريت، توسعه عمليات و سيستم ها، ارتباطات و اصول حسابداري و حسابرسي و براي اندازه گيري متغير وابسته (عملكرد سازماني) از چارچوب نظري خاندوالا شامل قابليت دسترسي به منابع مالي و تصور ذهني و وفاداري مشتريان استفاده شده است. فرضيه هاي تحقيق شامل يك فرضيه اهم و دو فرضيه فرعي مي باشد. اين تحقيق از لحاظ هدف از نوع كاربردي و از لحاظ ماهيت و روش از نوع توصيفي- پيمايشي مي-باشد. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش شامل كاركنان بخش اداري- مالي مجتمع فولاد شاهين بناب مي-باشند كه با توجه به محدود بودن جامعه آماري، نمونه آماري40 نفر بود. ابزار سنجش متغير هاي تحقيق، شامل دو پرسشنامه محقق ساخته مي باشد كه قبلاً پس از توزيع اوليه پرسشنامه ها داده هاي آنها وارد نرم افزار SPSS شده و روايي و پايايي آنها مورد مطالعه و تاييد قرار گرفته است و سپس با استفاده از آزمون كولموگروف- اسميرونف؛ نرمال بودن توزيع داده ها در جامعه به تاييد رسيده و لذا جهت تحليل استنباطي داده هاي جمع آوري شده از آزمون هاي آماري پارامتريك تحليل رگرسيون خطي ساده استفاده گرديده است. با توجه به تحليل داده ها و يافته هاي تحقيق، همه فرضيه هاي تحقيق مورد تاييد قرار گرفته است. نتايج نشان مي دهد كه سيستم اطلاعاتي حسابداري بر ابعاد عملكرد سازماني (قابليت دسترسي به منابع مالي، تصور ذهني و وفاداري مشتريان) تاثير دارد و ميزان تاثير سيستم اطلاعاتي حسابداري بر قابليت دسترسي به منابع مالي، بيشتر از تاثير آن بر تصور ذهني و وفاداري مشتريان مي باشد. نهايتاً بر اساس يافته هاي تحقيق پيشنهادهاي كاربردي ارايه گرديد.

The Goal of this paper is The Study of the effect of processing capacity of Accounting Information Systems on Shahin Bonab Steel Complex Organizational Performance. At This Research for measuring independent Variable (Accounting Information System) was defined as in ten levels of Technology, Databases, Reporting, Control, Business operations, Events processing, Management decision making, Systems and operation development, Communications, Accounting and Auditing principles on the basis of the theory of Ulrich Glinass and for Measuring Dependent Variable (organizational performance) on the basis of Khandwalla’s theory was defined as including the availability of financial resources and image and clients loyalty used and one main and two minor hypotheses were developed in this process the methodology of the research is a descriptive-survey kind. The statistical population of this study are employee of the Shahin steel complex which were 40 people altogether. The research variables measuring tools are two questionnaires that before the analyticals of descriptive and data Performed by means of SPSS software and Validity and Reliabilities Studied and confirmed then the using of kolmogorov-Smirnov normality of data distribution studied. Since statistical data the deductive analytical the simple-liner regression analysis were used. The obtain findings the hypothesis studied and supported. The results of show Accounting information System on dimensions of organizational performance (availability of financial resources, Image and clients loyalty) effected and the effect of Accounting Information Systems on availability of financial resources more than clients loyalty. Finally on the base on research Findings, practical suggestions have been presented.
