رويكرد جامعه‌شناسانه نظريه انتخاب عقلاني: مقدمه‌اي بر تغييرات فرهنگي و اجتماعي برنامه‌ريزي شده

A Sociological Approach to the Theory of Rational Choice: An Introduction to Planned Cultural and Social Changes

اين مقاله با هدف بيان مقدمات ضرروي براي ورود به بحث برنامه‌ريزي تغيير فرهنگي و اجتماعي، بررسي نظريه انتخاب عقلاني را با رويكرد جامعه‌شناسانه پيش مي‌گيرد. انتخاب عقلاني، با الهام از عقلانيت ابزاري ماكس وبر و در چارچوب فردگرايي روش‌شناختي، كار فاعلاني را عاقلانه مي‌داند كه در چارچوب اعتقاداتشان‌، نسبت به شقوق ممكنه با توجه به عواقب‌‌شان، شقي را برگزينند كه براي رسيدن به غاياتشان بهترين راه باشد. مهم‌ترين نظريه‌هاي منشعب از نظريه انتخاب عقلاني، نظريه تصميم‌گيري، نظريه بازي و نظريه كنش جمعي است. مقاله در ادامه نظريه‌هاي جامعه‌شناختي در باب انتخاب عقلاني را به تفصيل بررسي مي‌كند؛ نظريه‌هاي ماكس وبر، جان هرساني،‏ جيمز كلمن،‏ ريمون بودون و جان الستر. نقدهاي وارد شده بر رويكردهاي عقلاني صرف‏، رويكرد تازه‌اي را در نظريه انتخاب عقلاني پديد آورده كه از آن به عقلانيت اجتماعي يا انتخاب عقلاني ـ اجتماعي ياد مي‌كنند. در اين رويكرد ارزش‌ها،‏ هنجارها و ساير ابعاد اجتماعي نيز در بررسي عمل عقلاني مورد توجه قرار مي‌گيرد تا بر اساس آن بتوان عقلانيت در زندگي روزمره را نشان داد و برخي محدوديت هاي عقلانيت را نيز تحليل كرد.

In order to offer a necessary introduction to the issue of planned socio-cultural changes, attempts have been made in the present paper to elucidate the theory of rational choice through a sociological approach. Inspired by the instrumental rationality of Max Weber and within the framework of methodological individualism, the rational choice considers the action of those actors rational who among the existing possible choices within the framework of their beliefs and in the light of their consequences choose the option which is the best way to achieve their goals. The most important theories stemming from the rational choice theory are the decision theory, game theory, and collective action theory. Also the theories of rational choice are critically discussed in details which include the theories of Max Weber, John Harsanyi, James Colman, Reymond Bouddon and John Elster. Pure rational critics in this field have created a new approach to the theory of rational choice which is called social rationalism or rational-social choice, in which the values, norms and other social aspects have entered the rational action to show rationality in the everyday life on its basis and also analyze some of the limitations of rationality
