The Quran and Political freedom

آزادي همزاد آدمي است، به همين سبب، برخي آن را تعريف نشدني دانسته و برخي ديگر تعاريفي گوناگون از آن ارايه داده‌اند. با توجه به مجموع تعاريف ارايه شده مي‌توان گفت آزادي چيزي است كه حداقل سه مولفه اساسي عامل، مانع و غايت در آن وجود دارد. با در نظر گرفتن اين مولفه‌ها در تعريف آزادي، مي‌توان گفت كه مهم‌ترين مصاديق آزادي سياسي، آزادي مشاركت سياسي، آزادي رقابت سياسي و آزادي نظارت سياسي مي‌باشد. نوشتار حاضر، باتوجه به مصاديق فوق، ديدگاه‌هاي قرآن كريم در خصوص رابطه سياست و ديانت و حق مشاركت سياسي مردم در حكومت ديني را بررسي نموده و از طريق تحليل برخي از آموزه‌هاي قرآني به اين پرسش اساسي پاسخ داده است كه جايگاه آزادي‌ سياسي و سازوكارهاي تحقق آن در قرآن كريم چيست؟ آموزه‌هاي مورد بررسي در اين نوشتار «بيعت» و نقش «شورا و مشورت» در فرايند مشاركت سياسي، «تحزب»، «سبقت در امور خير» و «امر به معروف و نهي از منكر» مي‌باشد. كليد واژگان: قرآن، سياست، آزادي سياسي، مشاركت، رقابت، نظارت، شورا، بيعت، حزب.

The Quran and Political freedom Dr. Najaf Lakzai Faculty Member of Baqir al-Ulum University Nasrullah Nazari PhD Candidate of the Quran and Sociology Abstract Freedom is concomitant with the creation of human. Thus, some believe that freedom is not definable but at the same time, some offer various definitions of freedom. Considering all the definitions, there are three basic constituents of [freedom] factor, impediment and purpose. Taking all these constituents into account in definition of freedom, one can say that the most important examples of political freedom are freedom of political participation, freedom of political competition and freedom of political control. The current paper, given the above-mentioned examples, studies the Quranic standpoints in respect with the relationship of politics and religion and the peopleʹs right of political participation in a religious government. The writer tries to analyze the Quranic teachings responding the basic question that what is the status of political participation and the mechanism of realizing political participation from the perspective of the Quran. He also sheds light on the related concepts such as “allegiance”, the role of “council and consultation” in political process, “political activism”, “taking precedence in doing good deeds” and “enjoining good and forbidding evil”.
