دانش مديريت امروزه حدود يك قرن از تدوين آن در غرب مي‌گذرد و همچنان رو به گسترش است. مديريت اسلامي نيز در عصر اخير هميشه دغدغه كساني بوده كه مي‌خواستند در مقابل نظريه‌هاي مديريتي غربي، دانش مديريت اسلامي را مطرح و انديشه‌هاي اسلامي را در اين حوزه تبيين و تشريح نمايند؛ لذا در عصر حاضر، به دلايل مختلفي از جمله مطرح‌شدن مديريت در غرب به عنوان يك دانش مستقل و نيز به دليل لزوم و ضرورت‌هاي اجتماعي جوامع اسلامي براي بهره‌گيري از مديريت اسلامي در اداره جامعه و سازمان‌ها و نيز ناسازگاري و تضاد دانش مديريت غربي با ارزش‌هاي ديني و اسلامي، برخي از دانشمندان اسلامي كوشيده‌اند كتاب‌هاي مديريتي اسلامي را تاليف و به جامعه علمي ارايه نمايند. اين تاليفات را مي‌توان در چهار رويكرد كلي قرار داد: 1. رويكرد مباحث فلسفي و عميق مديريت اسلامي؛ 2. مباحث اخلاقي مديريت اسلامي؛ 3. رويكرد تطبيقي مديريت اسلامي 4. رويكرد فقهي به مديريت اسلامي. در اين جستار، منابعي كه در موضوع مديريت اسلامي به دو زبان عربي و فارسي تاليف شده است، با چهار رويكرد مذكور شناسايي و براي استفاده بهينه پژوهشگران معرفي شده است. در پايان، مجلات تخصصي مديريت و پايگاه‌هاي اينترنتي نيز معرفي گرديده است. كليد واژگان: قرآن، منابع، مديريت، اسلامي، پايگاه، سايت، مجلات.

Sources on Islamic Management Abdul Hashim Mirzaof PhD Candidate of Quran and Sciences at Al-Mustafa International University Abstract A century has likely gone from the compilation of science of management in the west and yet it is in the course of its development. In parallel to the western theories of management, some while having deep Islamic concerns have recently posed the concept of Islamic management describing the Islamic thoughts and teachings in this respect. Given the very reason and the social necessities of Islamic communities in utilizing Islamic management in sorting out their social and institutional problems and that there are many contradictions between the western science of management and that of Islamic and religious values, some of contemporary Muslim scholars have tried to compile and offer books on Islamic management. These books and works can be classified under one of the following general categories: A) the deep philosophical debates of Islamic management, B) the ethical debates of Islamic management, C) a comparative approach of Islamic management and D) juridical approach of Islamic management. The current paper figures out and introduces these sources along with the related websites and technical magazines on Islamic management into two Persian and Arabic languages. The author conducts this study on the base of the above-mentioned categories so that the researchers should make the best possible use of these works.
