بررسي پراكنش و دامنه ميزباني جمعيت هاي نماتودهاي خانواده Longidoridae در استانهاي مازندران، گلستان و سمنان

The Distribution and Population Host Region of Nematodes Family Longidoridae in Mazandaran, Golestan and Semnan Provinces

به منظور بررسي پراكنش نماتودهاي خانواده Longidoridae در سه استان مازندران، گلستان و سمنان، طي سال هاي ????-???? در بهار و پاييز، سه مرحله عمليات نمونه برداري از خاك ريزوسفر گياهان مختلف و شمارش جمعيت برخي از گونه هاي معرفي شده ازاين گروه، نشان داد كه جمعيت اين نماتودها در خاك هاي مناطق جنگلي و بكر با ميزان هوموس بالا در عمق متوسط ??-?? سانتي متر بيشتر بوده است. در اين تحقيق پنج گونه Longidorus iuglandis، Longidorus rubi، Xiphinema index، Xiphinema pachtaicum و Xiphinema mazandaranense از مناطق مختلف گزارش شدند كه گونه هاي L.iuglandis و L.rubi براي اولين بار از ايران گزارش مي‌شوند. در اين تحقيق ميزان پراكندگي و دامنه ميزباني جمعيت اين گونه ها نيز بررسي شده است كه بيشترين ميزان جمعيت مربوط به گونه L.iuglandis با تعداد ?? نماتود از ريزوسفر درخت زردآلو درروستاي آهوانو شهرستان دامغان ميباشد. گونه هاي X. index و X. pachtaicum در اكثر مناطق مشاهده شدند كه نشان مي دهد جمعيت اين گونه ها داراي پراكندگي بيشتري نسبت به بقيه گونه ها مي باشد.

In order to study of distribution and host range of nematodes belonging to the family Longidoridae in 3 province, Mazandaran, Golestan and Semnan, during 2010 and 2011 in Spring and Fall seasons, after three stages sampling from the rhizosphere of different crops and counting of some population of this group, the results showed the increasing of these species in the high humus and forest soils, at 40-45 cm deep.This study yielded identification of 5 species, Longidorus iuglandis, Longidorus rubi, Xiphinema index, Xiphinema pachtaicum and Xiphinema mazandaraniense. Among these species, L.iuglandis and L. rubi are reported for the first time from Iran. Most population is belonging to L. iuglandis with 48 nematodes from rhizosphere of Apricot in Ahovano village in Damghan city. X.index and X.pachtaicum are found in most regions that shows these species are more distributied than another species.
