بررسي رابطه بين ميزان اعتماد در محيط مدرسه و ميزان همكاري دبيران در مدارس متوسطه

Investigating the Relation between Trust and Teacherʹʹs Cooperation in High Schools

هدف از اين پژوهش، بررسي رابطه بين ميزان اعتماد در محيط مدرسه و ميزان همكاري دبيران در مدارس متوسطه شهر ساري در سال تحصيلي 86-1385 است. روش تحقيق در اين پژوهش توصيفي و از نوع همبستگي است. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق متشكل از كليه مديران و دبيران ناحيه 1و2 مدارس متوسطه دولتي شهر ساري است. در پژوهش حاضر، جهت گردآوري داده ها از ابزار پرسشنامه دوقسمتي 1- اعتماد و 2- همكاري استفاده شده است. روايي آزمون، با توجه به استفاده از اين پرسشنامه در مطالعات انجام شده قبلي، مورد تاييد قرار گرفته است. علاوه برآن پرسشنامه در اختيار عده اي از اساتيد صاحب نظر در زمينه روانشناسي و علوم تربيتي قرار گرفت و آنها نيز روايي پرسشنامه رامورد تاييد قرار دادند و ضريب پايايي آن توسط آلفاي كرونباخ براي پرسشنامه اعتماد 869/. و براي پرسشنامه همكاري 904/. محاسبه شد. براي تجزيه وتحليل داده ها از نرم افزار SPSS و از روش هاي آماري در سطح توصيفي و استنباطي استفاده شد. بررسي فرضيه ها نشان داد كه بين ميزان اعتماد و همكاري دبيران با مديران براساس جنسيت و نيز براساس ميزان سابقه خدمت رابطه معناداري وجود ندارد.

The purpose of this article is to study the relationship between the level of trust at school environment and the level of teacherʹs cooperation in high schools of Sari in educational year of 2006/2007. The sample consists of all head masters and teachers of districts 1 and 2 of Sari high schools. The data collection tool is a questionnaire consisting of two parts measuring trust and cooperation. The validity of the test was confirmed in the previous studies using this questionnaire. In addition to that, the questionnaire was given to some of the professors of educational sciences and psychology, and they also confirmed the validity of the questionnaire. The reliability coefficient of the questionnaire was calculated by Cronbachʹs alpha. For trust it was 0.869 and for cooperation it was 0.904. The SPSS software was used for data analysis, and the statistical descriptive and inferential methods were also used. The hypotheses testing showed that, there is no significant relation between the level of trust and cooperation of the teachers with the head masters based on gender and also the years working background.
