سنجش و ارزيابي شاخص‌هاي پايداري در صنعت توريسم در شهر اهواز

The assessment and measurement of sustainability indicators for tourism in Ahvaz

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، سنجش وضعيت شاخص‌هاي پايداري در حوزه صنعت توريسم در شهر اهوازاست. اين هدف از طريق تشخيص ميزان اولويت كاربست شاخص‌ها، ميزان تاثير مستقيم و غير‌مستقيم شاخص‌‌هاي پژوهش در پايداري صنعت توريسمو ميزان پيش‌‌بيني پايداري در حوزه صنعتتوريسم در شهر اهواز به‌وسيله شاخص‌‌هاي منتخب بررسي شده است. به همين منظور،شاخص‌ها در شش بعد اقتصادي، اجتماعي، فرهنگي، سياسي، اكولوژيكي و تكنولوژيكي در قالب سي متغيردسته‌بندي شده و ازديدگاه شهروندان اهوازي مورد ارزيابي قرار گرفته است. بنابراين، اين پژوهش ازلحاظ هدف‌گذاري، مطالعه‌اي كاربردي و ازلحاظ روش‌شناسي، توصيفي- تحليلياست كه در آن از روش پيمايشي به‌صورت ابزار پرسش‌نامه استفاده شده است. جامعه نمونه 384 نفر از شهروندان اهوازهستند كه با روش نمونه‌گيري خوشه‌اي چندمرحله‌اي و تصادفيِ ساده انتخاب شده و مورد پرسش قرار گرفته‌اند. براي تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات و متناسب با اهداف پژوهش، از آزمون‌هاي آماريT، برازش رگرسيونيو مدل تحليل تشخيص در قالب نرم‌افزار SPSS استفاده شده است. نتايج نشان مي‌دهد ازديدگاه شهروندان اهواز، شاخص‌‌هاي تكنولوژيكي با توجه به ميزان اختلاف از ميانگين پايين 06002/0- نسبت به ميانگين مبنا در آزمون Tداراي وضعيت نامناسب هستند و درنتيجه، اولويت بيشتري براي بسترسازي و بهبود شرايط دارند. همچنين، با توجه به نتايج مدل برازش رگرسيوني در بين شاخص‌‌هاي برگزيده پژوهش و با توجه به ميزان معنا‌داري به‌دست‌آمده، شاخص‌‌هاي اقتصادي، اجتماعي، فرهنگي و تكنولوژيكي رابطه مستقيم با پايداري صنعت توريسم دارند؛ ضمن اينكه پيش‌‌بيني شرايط پايداري در حوزه صنعت توريسم با توجه به شاخص‌‌هاي پژوهش در مدل تحليل تشخيص نشان مي‌‌دهد شاخص‌‌هاي فرهنگي با ميزان پيش‌بيني كلي 418/0 بهتر مي‌توانند شرايط پايداري در حوزه صنعت توريسم در شهر اهواز را پيش‌بيني كنند.

The purpose of this research is measure the sustainability of the tourism industry in Ahvaz city. This purpose so determined the identifying priority of the use of tourism indicators in Ahvaz city, the effects of direct and indirect indicators of sustainable tourism in Ahvaz city and forecasting sustain in the tourism industry in Ahvaz city by the elected index has been studied. In this regard, the indicators of sustainable tourism in six dimensions of economic, social, cultural, political, technological and ecological variables in 30 categories and from the perspective of Ahvaz citizens has been analyzed. Therefore, the purpose of the present research is an application study of the methodology to "descriptive - analytical"; with survey method by questionnaire way was used. The study samples of 384 residents are in Ahwaz that the multi-stage cluster sampling and were randomly selected and interviewed. For data analysis, appropriate to the research objectives of the test statistic T, regression analysis and discriminant model was used the format of SPSS software. First results indicate that the views of citizens regarding the differences in the technological indicators of the low average to average baseline -0.06002 in T test the poor conditions and interact with the highest priority to infrastructure for improving it. Secondly, according to the results of the regression model between selected indicators and the level of significance obtained Economic, social, cultural and technological sustainability of the tourism industry have a direct relationship Thirdly, the stability conditions are expected in the field of tourism research indices in detection analysis shows that Cultural indicators of the expected size 418/0 stable, better able to predict the field tourism industry in the city of Ahwaz.
