بررسي ديدگاه‌هاي‌ اعضاي هيات علمي و دانشجويان پيراپزشكيو پرستاري دانشگاه علوم پزشكي بيرجند نسبت به برنامه ارزشيابي اساتيد در سال تحصيلي 88-1387

Surveying Birjand faculty members’, paramedical and nursing studentsʹʹ viewpoints on educational evaluation plan

زمينه و هدف: هدف ارزشيابي آموزشي، بهبود وضعيت تدريس و ايجاد زمينه‌اي مناسب براي اعضاي هيات علمي براي بهتركردن نحوه‌ آموزش‌ مي‌باشد. مطالعه حاضر، با هدف تعيين ديدگاه اساتيد و دانشجويان دانشگاه علوم پزشكي بيرجند نسبت به مسيله ارزشيابي و تاثير آن بر پيشرفت آموزش صورت گرفت. روش تحقيق: در اين مطالعه توصيفي- تحليلي از نوع مقطعي كه در نيمه دوم سال تحصيلي 88- 1387، در دانشگاه علوم پزشكي بيرجند انجام گرفت، ديدگاه‌‌ها و نظرات 79 نفر از اعضاي هيات علمي و 321 نفر از دانشجويان پيراپزشكي و پرستاري راجع به برنامه ارزشيابي اساتيد، با استفاده از دو پرسشنامه مجزا جمع‌آوري گرديد. پايايي و اعتبار پرسشنامه‌ها توسط متخصصين مربوطه تاييد گرديد. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماري SPSS (ويرايش 16) و آزمون‌ آماري كاي‌اسكوير در سطح 05/0?a تجزيه و تحليل شدند. يافته‌ها: بر طبق اين مطالعه، 76 درصد از اعضاي هيات علمي، ارزشيابي‌ را در روند تدريس موثر دانستند اما 7/74 درصد از آنها معتقد بودند كه بايد تغييراتي در روند ارزشيابي صورت گيرد؛ همچنين 9/69 درصد از اساتيد معتقد بودند كه دانشجويان، بدون احساس مسووليت و حوصله كافي فرم‌ها را تكميل مي‌نمايند؛ از طرف ديگر 5/59 درصد از دانشجويان معتقد بودند كه به نتايج ارزشيابي، بهاي كمي داده مي‌شود و فرم‌هاي ارزشيابي نمي‌توانند ارزياب مناسبي براي تدريس باشند. نتيجه‌گيري: مطالعه حاضر نشان داد كه اكثر دانشجويان و اساتيد، نسبت به برنامه ارزشيابي و تاثير آن بر روند آموزش چندان خوشبين نيستند؛ بنابراين ايجاد اطمينان در دانشجويان و اساتيد نسبت به اينكه ارزشيابي، در راستاي بهبود شرايط آموزشي گام بر‌مي‌دارد، منجر به بالارفتن حسّ مسووليت در دانشجويان و ايجاد انگيزه در استادان مي‌گردد.

Background and Aim: The aim of educational evaluation is to improve learning and create a suitable situation for academic staff. The present study was performed to assess the viewpoints of BUMS teachers and students regarding the evaluation plan and the effect of it on educational development. Materials and Methods: The present study was a cross-sectional and descriptive-analytical one. It was performed in the second half of the academic year 2008-9 in Birjand University of Medical Sciences. The study sample included 79 faculty members and 321 paramedical and nursing students. Their opinions were separately studied using two questionnaires for students and faculty members. Content validity and reliability of the two questionnaires employed were confirmed by respective specialists. The gathered data was analyzed by means of SPSS software (V: 16) and Chi-square at the significant level ??0.05. Results: It was found that 76 % of faculty members believed that evaluation had some positive effects leading to the betterment of the process of teaching. But, %74.7 of them believed that some changes in the process should take place. Besides, %69.9 of the faculty members thought that the questionnaires were irresponsibly and carelessly filled out by the students. On the other hand, %59.5 of the students believed that the results of the evaluation were not considerably taken into account. They believed that evaluation forms were not suitable evaluative means for teaching. Conclusion: The results of the present study showed that most of faculty members and students are not optimistic about evaluation plan. Therefore, assuring students and teachers of the effectiveness of evaluation regarding the improvement of educational condition will result in more responsibility in students and more motivation in their teachers.
