مقايسه كاركرد خانواده در مردان متاهل معتاد و غير معتاد

A Comparison of Family Functionality in Addicted and Non-Addicted Married Men

هدف: امروزه اعتياد به مواد مخدر و سو مصرف مواد به صورت يك معضل اجتماعي ـ رواني درآمده است كه كشورهاي مختلف و جوامع انساني را به شدت تهديد مي كند اعتياد به مصرف مواد مي تواند كل زندگي فرد راتحت تاثير قرار داده و اغلب منجر به دامنه وسيعي از رفتارهاي بيمارگونه شده و كاركرد طبيعي فرد را در خانواده، محيط كار و اجتماع مختل مي كند. اين پژوهش در نظر دارد به شناخت تفاوت كاركردهاي خانواده در مردان معتاد و غير معتاد بپردازد. روش بررسي: اين مطالعه از نوع مقايسه اي است كه جامعه آماري در اين پژوهش مردان متاهل شهر تهران مي باشند و نمونه مورد مطالعه 192 نفر از افراد معتاد و 192 نفر از افراد غير معتاد بودند. روش نمونه گيري افراد معتاد نمونه در دسترس بود. افراد غير معتاد نيز از بين جمعيت عادي كه از لحاظ ويژگي هاي جمعيت شناختي با افراد معتاد همتا شده بودند، به روش خوشه اي تصادفي انتخاب گرديدند. ابزارهاي اندازه گيري مورد استفاده در تحقيق ابزار سنجش كاركرد خانواده براساس مدل McMaster بوده و براي تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات از آزمون T-Test و خي دو استفاده شد. يافته ها: نتايج تحقيق نشان داد بين مردان معتاد وغير معتاد از لحاظ كاركرد خانواده در توانايي حل مسيله، توانايي برقراري ارتباط، ايفاي نقش، پاسخ دهي عاطفي، آميختگي عاطفي و كنترل رفتار تفاوت معناداري وجود دارد و در تمامي ابعاد مردان معتاد نمرات كمتري كسب نمودند. بحث و نتيجه گيري: بين مردان معتاد و مردان غيرمعتاد به لحاظ توانايي برقراري ارتباط، ايفاي نقش، پاسخ دهي عاطفي، آميختگي عاطفي و كنترل رفتار تفاوت معناداري وجود دارد بنابراين اين عوامل در درمان و بازتواني معتادين نيز بايد درنظر گرفته شود و برگزاري كلاسهاي رفتاردرماني و شناخت درماني كه فرد با كسب اين مهارتها و تمرين آنها بتواند به شرايط عادي و قبل از ترك خود بازگشته و شاهد يك زندگي موفق و سالم باشد ضروري است.

Purpose: Today drug-addiction count as a social and psychological issue, which threats the whole community. Drug addiction can affect the entire life of an individual and often lead to abnormal behavior. In addition, additiondisrupts natural performance of an individual in the family, work place and society. This study aims to reveal the differences between addicted and non-addicted married men in family functionality. Methods: The data was collected using questionnaire among 384 married men (192 in each group) in city of Tehran. The sampling method of the addicted individuals were from an available set sample, and the non-addicted individuals were selected by random cluster sampling from the general population who were comparable with the addicted people in terms of demographical characteristics. The utilized measurement tools employed in the assessment of family functionality were based on the McMaster family assessment model. Student T and chi-square tests were used for the statistical analysis purposes. Results: The results showed that there is a significant meaningful difference between addicted male and non-addicted in terms of family functionality, problem solving, ability to communicate, role playing, emotional responses, affective involvement and behavioral control. Addicted male exhibited lower scores in all aforementioned variables. Conclusion: There are significant meaningful differences between addicted male and non-addicted in terms of: problem solving, ability to communicate, role playing, emotional responses, affective involvement and behavioral control. Therefore, these factors should also be considered in the treatment and rehabilitation of drug addicted individuals. In addition, it is essential in behavioral therapy implementation and cognitive therapy sessions for individuals in order to help the person obtaining the skills and training before he could return back to the normal conditions after treatment, hence, experiencing a successful and healthy life style.
