بررسي دلايل مخالفت با علم ديني

A Study of the Reasons for Opposition to Religious Science

امروزه ايده توليد علم ديني در جهان اسلام ايده اي كاملاً شناخته شده است. اين ايده پس از پيروزي انقلاب اسلامي ايران و به خصوص در سال هاي اخير در ايران مورد بحث و گفتگو هاي بسيار قرار گرفته است. با وجود گرايش بسياري كه نسبت به توليد علم ديني در جامعه به وجود آمده است، اين ايده با مخالفت تني چند از اساتيد ايراني از جمله عبدالكريم سروش، علي پايا، مصطفي ملكيان روبروست. مخالفين علم ديني بر اين باورند كه: «توليد علم ديني ضرورتي ندارد»، «توليد علم ديني امكان ندارد»، «توليد علم ديني مطلوب نيست» و در نهايت «توليد علم ديني اخلاقي نيست». در اين مقاله مدعيات چهارگانه فوق بررسي و نشان داده خواهد شد كه هيچ يك از آنها نمي تواند به لحاظ نظري مانعي براي ايده علم ديني باشد، هر چند بايد نظرات مخالفين علم ديني را در نظر داشت تا اقدامات آموزشي، پژوهشي، برنامه ريزي و سياست گذاري در زمينه علم ديني به لحاظ عملي فارغ از عيوبي باشد كه مخالفين به آن اشاره كرده اند.

Today, the idea of production of religious science is a well-known idea in the world of Islam. Extensive discussions have been carried out about this issue since the victory of the Islamic Revolution in Iran and particularly in recent years. Despite strong tendency towards production of religious science, there are hard-line oppositions to this issue, specially by some Iranian professors including Abdul Karim Soroush, Ali Paya, and Mostafa Malekian. The opponents of religious science forward the following four statements: production of religious science is not necessary; production of religious science is not possible; production of religious is not desirable; and production of religious science is not ethical. The present article is an attempt to study the above mentioned four contentions. It is argued that none of the above contentions could be a theoretical obstacle in the way of religious science idea. However, the viewpoints of the opponents should be taken into consideration so that educational, research, planning and policymaking activities in the field of religious science remain free from the shortcomings mentioned by the opponents.
