An Introduction to Fundamental Aspects of Soft War

جنگ نرم، كشاندن نبرد به حوزه باورها و عناصر ذهني دخيل در تعيين رفتار فردي و اجتماعي است. اين نبرد، داراي بسترها و همچنين عناصر، ويژگي‌ها، مباني نظري، ساخت و بافتي متفاوت از جنگ سخت مي‏باشد. اين عناصر و مولفه هاي اختصاصي را ، مي‏توان از زوايا و ابعاد مختلف مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار داد. در اين نوشتار ضمن بررسي جنبه هاي مفهومي جنگ نرم و عناصر كليدي مرتبط با آن، به فرايند تغيير در باورها، افكار، رفتارها و ساختارها، شيوه هاي دشمن در اين صحنه نبرد در پرتو هدف غايي آن (جهاني سازي فرهنگ غرب)، مخاطبين و عوامل جنگ نرم خواهيم پرداخت.

Soft war is extension of battle to the field of beliefs and subjective factors involved in determination of individual and social behavior. This battle has its context as well as factors, features, theoretical principles, structure and texture, which are different from those of armed war. These exclusive factors and aspects can be analyzed from different perspectives and angles. The present paper focuses on conceptual aspects of soft war and its related elements as well as the process of transformation of beliefs, thoughts, behaviors and structures, enemy’s methods in this battle in the light of the ultimate goal (globalization of Western culture), the addressees and its agents.
