The study of the effect of bandwidth and loading level parameters of random load histories on the fatigue crack growth in a CT specimen by the central limit theory

در اين مقاله تاثير تغيير پارامترهاي پهناي باند و سطح بارگذاري اتفاقي بر رشد ترك خستگي در يك نمونه CT با استفاده از تيوري حد مركزي بررسي شده است. در اين روش با فرض تيوري آماري حد مركزي (CLT)، روابط توزيع عمر، تابع احتمال تخريب و قابليت اطمينان استخراج مي شود. براي در نظر گرفتن اثر نسبت تنش در معادلات نرخ رشد ترك خستگي، از معادله واكر استفاده شده است. سپس براي صحه‌گذاري نتايج به‌دست آمده در سه حالت بارگذاري اتفاقي با پهناي باندها و سطوح بارگذاري مختلف، نتايج تحليل از جمله ميانگين طول عمر نمونه و ميانگين طول ترك بر حسب تعداد سيكل بارگذاري با نتايج آزمون مقايسه شده است كه نشان‌دهنده تطابق خوب نتايج تحليل و آزمون است. همچنين نمودارهاي قابليت اطمينان و احتمال تخريب نيز بر حسب تعداد سيكل بارگذاري ارايه شده است.

In this paper, the effect of bandwidth and loading level parameters changes of random load histories on the fatigue crack growth is studied by the central limit theory. In this method, the life probabilistic distribution and probability of failure function and reliability function are derived by the central limit theory. The walker equation is used to account the stress ratio effect in the fatigue crack growth rate equations. Then, the theoretical results are verified by the test results in the three random loading conditions with the various bandwidths and loading levels. A good agreement among the theory and test results was observed. The probability of failure and reliability diagrams via number of cycles is presented too
