انديشه غالب بر نوشته‌هاي تاريخي دوره سلجوقي در ايران: كلام اشعري و حكمت عملي

The Predominant Thought in Historical Texts during Seljuq Period in Iran: Ashʹʹari Theology and Practical Wisdom

از ويژگي‌هاي تاريخنگاري دوره سلجوقي، جمع ميان كلام اشعري و حكمت عملي ايرانيان پيش از اسلام است. از سويي احياي انديشه سياسي ايرانشهري و تبيين آن به عنوان الگوي عملي سلاطين در دوره سلجوقي در كتاب‌هاي سير الملوك و متون تاريخي تجلي يافت. از سوي ديگر نفوذ كلام اشعري در ايران با آغاز وزارت نظام الملك، به اوج رسيد و نوشته اغلب مورخان اين دوره را متاثر نمود. مقاله حاضر در صدد پاسخگويي به اين مسايل است كه چگونه و چرا دو انديشه اشعري و حكمت عملي ايرانيان در تاريخ نگري مورخان اين دوره ظاهر شد، آيا زمينه حضور و جمع ميان دو تفكر نشان از تعادل و توازن دارد يا استحاله و يا غلبه يكي بر ديگري؟ تحقيق حاضر نشان خواهد داد، تاريخ نگري مورخان دوره سلجوقي، تجلي‌گاه برخي ديدگاههاي مشترك دو تفكر بود. در برخي موارد ديگر مورخان اين دوره موجد تحولي در انديشه‌هاي ايرانيان پيش از اسلام و اسلامي كردن آن بودند و در مواردي فارغ از ديدگاه‌هاي اشعريان، براي تبيين جايگاه مستقل پادشاهان، از حكمت عملي ايرانيان سود جستند.

Aggregation of Ashʹari theology and pre-Islamic practical wisdom of Iranians is one of the characteristics of historiography during Seljuq Period. Indeed, the Iranshahri’s political thought had been revived and regarded as a practical model for Seljuq sultans in Siyar al-Muluk (Statesmanship manners of Kings) and historical texts. The beginning of the Nezam al-Mulk’s ministry was also the extremity of the Ashʹari theology in Iran and influenced most of the historical writings. This article is going to answer these questions: why and how two thoughts of Ashʹari and Iranian practical wisdom appeared in the historiography of this period. Do the presence and aggregation of two thoughts foreshadow a balance and counterpoise? Or it was a metamorphosis or the domination of one over another? The present survey will demonstrate that historical view of the historians during Seljuq period is marked by some collaborative views of these two thoughts. In some cases, the historians of the Seljuq period caused an evolution in pre-Islamic thought of Iranians and brought an Islamic sense to it. In some other cases, regardless of the Ashʹari’s views, they used the Iranian practical wisdom to clarify the status of independent kingdoms
