Toward a media strategy for Sustainable Security

امنيت براي تمام نظام هاي سياسي و همه شهروندان، صرف نظر از ميزان توسعه اقتصادي اجتماعي و نوع ايديولوژي، در اولويت قرار دارد و امنيت پايدار برايند مجموع هاي از تعاملات و نيز تعاون و سازگاري بين اجزاي مختلف نظام اجتماعي است. امنيت به عنوان يك آرمان و واقعيت، از اساسي ترين حقوق مردم به حساب مي آيد. امروز با توجه به تحولات بنيادين در عرصه ارتباطات و فناوري اطلاعات، مفهوم پايداري امنيت دايماً در حال تغيير و تحول است. اگرچه فناوري ارتباطي فرص تهايي فراوان براي جامعه بشري ايجاد كرده است، اما سلطه بي چون و چراي معدودي از كشورهاي غربي، به ويژه آمريكا، با هدف همگن سازي فرهنگ ها و هويت ها و راهبرد انحصار و كنترل رسانه اي از سوي غرب، موجب بروز اشكالي جديد از تهديدها براي كشورهاي در حال توسعه از جمله كشور ما شده است. مقاله حاضر به روش توصيفي و تحليلي سياست ها و راهبردهاي غرب را در حوزه رسانه اي در مقابل جمهوري اسلامي بيان مي كند. همه اين راهبردها و سياست ها براي به هم زدن امنيت پايدار در نظام اسلامي است. بنابراين، ايجاد سازوكار مناسب، هوشمند و دايم براي رصد و مقابله با اين تهديدها در نهادهاي مسيول امنيتي به خصوص شوراي عالي امنيت ملي كشور كاملاً ضروري است.

Security regards as a priority for all of political systems and all of citizens, aside from amount of social-economic development and kind of ideology. Sustainable security is resultant of collection of engagements and also cooperation and harmony among various parts of social system. Security as a cause and a reality is considered one of the most basic rights of the people. Todays, concept of sustainable security is changing more and more, because of fundamental developments in sphere of digital communication and information technology. Although, communicative technology by itself comprises many opportunities, unconditional dominance of western countries especially America aim at homogenizing cultures and identities and monopoly strategy and medium control by west, which has founded new problems such as threats against developing countries like Iran. This article tries to explain western policies and strategies in media sphere against the Islamic Republic with descriptive-analytical method. All strategies and policies direct toward disturbing the sustainable security in the Islamic system.
