بررسي اصول و روش هاي تربيت حرفه اي با تاكيد بر ديدگاه ايمه ي اطهار(ع)

Study of Principles and Methods of Vocational education with Emphasis on Holly Imamsʹ Viewpoint

در پژوهش حاضر با رويكرد كيفي و به روش تحليل اسنادي، اصول و روش هاي تربيت حرفه اي با تاكيد بر ديدگاه ايمه ي اطهار(ع) مورد بررسي واقع شده است. جامعه ي پژوهش، كليه ي متون روايي در زمينه ي مذكور بوده و در اين زمينه، نمونه گيري انجام نشده است. ابزار پژوهش، فرم فيش‌برداري بوده و داده هاي حاصل، تحليل كيفي شده‌اند. هدف از انجام پژوهش، ارايه ي اصول و روش هاي كاربردي به متوليان تعليم و تربيت بود تا بتوانند با الهام از انديشه هاي ايمه ي اطهار(ع)، در امر تربيت فرزندان و متربيان، اهتمام ورزند. يافته هاي پژوهش نشان داد؛ اصول تربيت حرفه اي شامل، نُه اصل بوده كه شامل؛ انسان بايد در تامين نياز هاي هم نوعان خود احساس مسيوليت كند، كارگزار بايد از اعمال ظلم و ستم به مشتري يا ارباب رجوع بپرهيزد، فرد بايد نه فقير باشد و نه بسيار ثروتمند بلكه بايد از نظر مالي، وضعيت متعادلي داشته باشد، فرد به هر حرفه اي مشغول است، بايد اخلاق حرفه اي را رعايت كند، كسي كه به شغل يا حرفه اي مشغول است، بايد در آن شغل يا حرفه، متخصص شود، فرد بايد به هر كاري، مشغول است، عزيز باشد و حافظ عزت مشتري يا ارباب رجوع باشد، در زندگي افراد بايد كار و نه مال اندوزي اصالت داشته باشد، كارگزار بايد صادق باشد و از دروغ گويي بپرهيزد، فرد بايد در برابر نعمت هاي پروردگار، سپاسگزار باشد. هم‌چنين يافته‌هاي پژوهش، مبين آن است كه نُه اصل ذكر شده، مجموعاً دربرگيرنده، بيست و يك، روش تربيتي نيز مي باشند.

In this study with qualitative approach (document analysis), principles and methods of vocational education with an emphasis on Holly Imamsʹ viewpoint have been surveyed and examined. Statistical population of this study was all narrated documents related to the mentioned field and this subject was not previously sampled. Research tool was noting form and resulted data were qualitatively analyzed. Purpose of this study was presentation of functional principles and methods to educators to try in education of children and trainees by inspiring holly Imamsʹ thoughts. Research findings showed that principles of vocational education are composed of nine elements including: human should be responsible in meeting needs of his fellowmen and other people, agent should avoid violence and cruelty to customers and clients, individuals should be nor poor neither rich but should have balanced financial conditions, people in each profession and business should consider professional morality and ethics, persons involved in each business should be expert in that job, persons involved in each business should be esteemed and honored and also maintain respect of customers and clients, work and not wealth gathering should have originality in peopleʹs life, agent should be honest and avoid lying, individuals should be grateful for Godʹs gifts. And also research findings represent that these nine above-mentioned principles include 21 educational methods.
