جنگ نرم و امنيت اجتماعي قربانعلي قربان‌زاده سوار? خليل قلخانباز?? مهدي رحمتي??? تاريخ دريافت: 14/10/91 تاريخ‌پذيرش: 30/01/92 چكيده امنيت اجتماعي يك مقوله بنيادين در حيات جامعه است كه عوامل متعدد در تقويت يا تضعيف آن نقش دارند و از جمله اين عوامل جنگ نرم است. امنيت اجتماعي با ارزش‌هاي جمعي انسان در زندگي اجتماعي ارتباط نزديك دارد و جنگ نرم در صدد است تا افراد و اقشار جامعه هدف را با خود همسو كند. ارزش‌هاي جمعي، حلقه پيوند امنيت اجتماعي و جنگ نرم محسوب مي‌گردد؛ زيرا ارزش‌هاي جمعي از يك سو عامل همبستگي و وفاق جامعه مي باشد و از سوي ديگر چون ارزش‌هاي جمعي باعث هنجارمندي روابط افراد در عرصه هاي گوناگون حيات عمومي انسان مي شود، عامل تقويت امنيت اجتماعي است. به طور كلي، استقرار ارزش‌هاي جمعي باعث افزايش استحكام هنجارها و كاهش هنجارشكني در جامعه و نظام شده و ثبات، تعادل و امنيت اجتماعي از اين طريق، تقويت مي گردد و جنگ نرم با تضعيف مجموعه ارزشي و هنجاري جامعه‌ باعث اختلال در سيستم امنيت جامعه مي شود. كليدواژه‌ها: هنجارهاي جامعه، ارزش‌هاي جمعي، جنگ نرم، امنيت اجتماعي. ? - استاديار گروه علوم سياسي دانشگاه بين‌المللي امام خميني(ره) قزوين ?? - نويسنده مسيول: كارشناس ارشد روابط بين‌الملل و مدرس دانشگاه ??? - كارشناس ارشد علوم سياسي و مدرس دانشگاه

Soft War and Social Security Qorbanali Qorbanzadeh Savar Khalil Qolkhanbaz Mehdi Rahmati Abstract Social security is a fundamental issue in the life cycle of a society and various factors including soft war are involved in strengthening or weakening it. Social security is closely related to the corporate values of man in social life and soft war seeks to make the individuals and groups of the target community follow its objectives. Collective values are said to be the link between social security and soft war since they result in cohesion and harmony in a society, on the one hand, and reinforce social security, on the other, as they lead to the development of normative relations among individuals in various spheres of public life. In general, the establishment of corporate values leads to the reinforcement of norms and reduction of norms violation in a system or a society and social stability, balance and security are, accordingly, strengthened. In contrast, soft war causes disruption in the security system of a society through weakening the values and norms of a society.
