Establishing Growth Ground for Human Resources and Improving self-confidence Level with Respect to Islam Value -based System

توسعه و رشد انساني، پيشرفت جامعه و تربيت انسان هاي خداباور، دغدغه تصميم گيران و برنامه ريزان و دولت مردان مي‌باشد. دولت ها براي دستيابي به آمال هايشان، برنامه هاي اقتصادي بسيار دقيقي را تدوين كرده و به مرحله اجرا گذاشته اند. تا به طور همزمان در تمام ابعاد پيشرفت نمايند و به توسعه پايدار در زمينه فرهنگ، اقتصاد و آموزش دست يابند. در مسير توسعه و رشد، انسان و منابع انساني جايگاه و اهميت مضاعفي دارد و از آن به عنوان هدف و ابزار توسعه ياد مي شود. توجه صرف به اقتصاد و اجراي برنامه هاي اقتصادي تضمين كننده توسعه و رشد انساني در تمام ابعاد و اضلاع نيست. بلكه بايستي به روح و روان انسان نيز توجه شود. چرا كه انسان موجودي دو ساحتي است. از طرفي، در سراسر تاريخ و در تمام فرهنگ هاي بشري، دين و معنويت مشخصه اصلي و فراگير حيات انساني بوده است. در اين ميان دين اسلام، به عنوان مجموعه كامل يك نظام معرفتي، توجه كامل و دقيقي به تمام ابعاد و اضلاع انساني داشته است. دستورات اخلاقي و معرفتي موجود در قرآن، نهج البلاغه و احاديث اين مساله را روشن مي كند كه دين اسلام شاخص ها و ملاك هاي روشني براي رشد و توسعه انساني دارد. كه اين شاخص ها صرفاً مادي نيستند بلكه با در نظر گرفتن بعد جسماني، دستوراتي مهم براي رشد معنويِ بعد روحاني ارايه مي دهد. هدف از اين مقاله تبيين مفاهيم توسعه در گردونه زمان بوده و سعي دارد ضمن بررسي مفاهيم توسعه از نگاه مادي، كاستي ها و ضعف هاي اين نگاه را تبيين نمايد و نهايتاً شاخص ها و مولفه هايي را براي ايجاد رشد معنوي در ميان انسان ها منطبق بر نظام ارزشي ارايه نمايد تا شاخص توسعه انساني كه به انسان نگاه تك بعدي دارد را تكميل نمايد. بر اين اساس شاخصهاي زير احصا گرديد: ياد و عبوديت خداوند، تعقل و خردورزي، تقوا و پرهيزگاري، مهرورزي، حلم و شرح صدر، اعتدال و عدالت، فرهنگ زهد، فاصله از دنياگرايي.

Human growth and development, society development and training human beings who believe in God are among the troubles of the government’s programmers and officials. Governments have developed and implemented some very precise economic programs to reach their ambitions so that they could make progress in all aspects, and reach sustainable development in terms of culture, economy and training. Human being and human resources have a twofold importance along the development and growth route, and it is considered as the target and tool for development. Paying attention to economy and implementation of economic programs does not guarantee human growth and development in all aspects; therefore we must pay attention to human beings’ spirit and, because human beings are bi-dimensional creatures. On the other hand, religion and spirituality has been major and comprehensive feature of human life all over the history and in all human cultures. In this regard, Islam has paid full and precise attention to all human aspects and dimensions. Moral and knowledge based instructions stipulated in Quran, Nahj-Ul -Balaghe and sayings clarify the point that there are some clear indices and criteria for human growth and development. Of course these indices are not mere secular indices; however while taking into consideration the physical dimension, offers some very important instructions for spiritual growth of the divine aspect. The present article aims at explaining development concepts over the time, and tries to explain the deficiencies and weaknesses of the vision while reviewing development concepts from secular viewpoint, so that it could finally offer some indices and constituents for establishing spiritual growth among human beings in compliance with value based system so that it completes human development index which has a single aspect view about human beings. On this basis, the following indices are: God’s memory and slavery, ratiocination and wisdom, piety and chastity, devotion, patience, moderation and justice, asceticism culture, keeping away from secularism.
