روش ‏هاي تربيتي در سيره نبوي و تاثير آن بر كاهش جرايم

Training Methods in the Holy Prophet’s Teachings and its Impact on Reducing Crimes Rate

در نيروي انتظامي جمهوري اسلامي ايران مانند هر سازمان ديگر، درستي عمل كاركنان تاثير بسزايي در نحوه خدمت رساني آنها دارد. از اين رو، شناسايي عوامل موثر در كاهش جرايم كاركنان، امري لازم و ضروري است. از عوامل مهم و تاثيرگذاري كه مي‏تواند در كاهش جرايم كاركنان نيروي انتظامي موثر باشد و باعث ايجاد رفتار سالم و از بين بردن رفتار ناسالم در آنان شود، اصول و روش‏هاي تربيتي در سيره نبوي است. بنابراين در تحقيق حاضر هفت اصل از اصول تربيتي در سيره نبوي شامل عزّت، مسيوليت، تحول باطن، مداومت و محافظت بر عمل، اصلاح شرايط، نظم و انضباط و استقامت تعيين و تاثير عمل به آنها دركاهش جرايم كاركنان بررسي شده است. اين تحقيق از نوع تحقيق كاربردي و با روش تحقيق زمينه‏اي است و در سطح فرماندهي انتظامي شهرستان زاهدان در سال 1388 انجام شده است. بعد از تشريح مباني نظري، پرسش‌نامه‏اي با 35 سوال مرتبط با هفت فرضيه تحقيق تهيه و طراحي و پس از تاييد روايي و پايايي، در بين دو گروه 75 نفري مجرم و سالم توزيع شده است. در نهايت، داده‏هاي به دست‌آمده با نرم افزار spss مورد تجزيه و تحليل آماري قرار گرفته و اين نتيجه به‌دست آمده است كه اصول تربيتي حاصل از سيره نبوي به شكل قابل توجهي در كاهش جرايم موثر است.

In Iran’s Police forces organization, like any other organization, accuracy of the performance of the staff has significant impact on the way they provide services. In this regard, identifying the factors contributing to crimes reduction is pretty essential. Chief among the effective factors, which can contribute to crime reduction on the part of Police forces that can lead to displaying proper attitude and eliminating improper ones, is taking benefit from the Holy prophet’s teachings. Therefore,in the present research, seven principles out of the principles referred to in the Holy prophet’s teachings have been reviewed: glory, responsibility, inner development, continuity of action, improving conditions, order, discipline and stamina, and the impact of practicing them. The present research is of applied type and conducted through field research method in Zahedan Police Command in 2009.Having defined theoretical principles, a questionnaire comprised of 35 questions related to the seven hypotheses of the research developed and designed. After its reliability and validity approved, the questionnaire distributed among two groups of 75 individuals: criminals and ordinary persons. Finally, the achieved data analyzed through using SPSS, and the result indicated that training principles originated from the holy prophet’s teachings significantly contributes to crimes reduction.
