An Investigation of Citizens’ Cultural and Social aspect of life Quality among Kashani Residents

كيفيت زندگي پديدهاي است كه در واكنش به پيشرفتهاي صنعتي و تخريب محيط زيست وارد دنياي فرهنگي و اجتماعي انسانها شده است. اين پيشرفتها موجب تنوع كالاها و خدمات شده است. البته به همان ميزان به افزايش رضايت افراد از زندگي و بهبود كيفيت زندگي آنها منجر نشده است. بر اين مبنا بررسي وضعيت كيفيت زندگي (فرهنگي و اجتماعي) به بحثي گسترده در جامعهشناسي و مطالعات فرهنگي تبديل شده است. در اين راستا، پژوهش حاضر با رويكردي فرهنگي و اجتماعي به بررسي مولفههاي متعدد كيفيت زندگي شهروندان پرداخته است. روش تحقيق پژوهش مذكور از نوع پيمايش است كه با استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامه به گردآوري اطلاعات در جامعه آماري شهر كاشان با نمونه 353 نفري به شيوه نمونهگيري خوشهاي به اجرا درآمده است. يافتههاي تحقيق بيانگر اين است كه ميانگين مولفههاي كيفيت فرهنگي زندگي و كيفيت اجتماعي زندگي از حدّ متوسط طيف مورد ارزيابي بالاتر است. همچنين رابطه هر دو بعد كيفيت زندگي با سن معنادار و داراي همبستگي مثبت است. وضعيت زنان و مردان در بعد كيفيت اجتماعي زندگي تفاوت معناداري ندارند، اما در بعد كيفيت فرهنگي زندگي، مردان نسبت به زنان شرايط بهتري دارند. ميانگين بُعد كيفيت اجتماعي زندگي در ميان افراد متاهل بيشتر از افراد مجرد است، اما در بعد كيفيت فرهنگي زندگي با يكديگر مشابه هستند. كيفيت فرهنگي زندگي پاسخگويان با رتبه علمي فوق ليسانس و بالاتر، از ساير گروههاي تحصيلي بيشتر است. اما در بعد كيفيت اجتماعي زندگي تفاوتي بين گروههاي متفاوت تحصيلي وجود ندارد.

An Investigation of Citizens’ Cultural and Social aspect of life Quality among Kashani Residents Mohammad Ganji - Ehsan Almasi Bidgoli Abstract Life quality, as a phenomenon whose emergence was considered to be a reaction to industrial advancements and ecological distortion, has entered the cultural and social world. Although such advancements have contributed to the diversity in goods and services, they have not contributed to individuals’ satisfaction of life and life quality improvement. Therefore, the investigation of life quality (cultural and social aspect) has been widely discussed in sociology and cultural studies. The current study, exploiting a socio-cultural approach, investigated different factors influencing citizens’ life quality. The methodology of the current study was survey-based. Using questionnaires and cluster sampling, the study collected data from among the population of Kashan with a sample of 353. The results showed that the average proportion of Cultural and Social aspect of life quality factors is high. Moreover, there was a significant relationship between the two aspects of life quality with age. Considering the social aspect of life quality, there was not any significant difference between males and females. However, males had a better situation in the cultural aspect of life quality. The average proportion of the social aspect of life quality occupied a better stance among the married in comparison with the single; however, they are the same with respect to the cultural aspect of life quality. The respondents having M.A. and higher degrees had a better the cultural aspect of life quality. However, there was not any significant difference among different educational groups regarding the social aspect of quality life.
