Enhancing Instruction Using Creative Teaching Patterns

خلاقيت، تشخيص و بيان مساله و ارايه راه‏حل‏هاي جديد براي آن است. مطالعات دقيق نشان مي‏دهند كه بشر اصولا به كارگيري روش‏هاي خلاق را در يادگيري‏ ترجيح مي‏دهد و ‏الگوهاي تدريس مبتني بر خلاقيت تاثير عظيمي بر موفقيت تحصيلي دارند؛ ولي‏ متاسفانه همين مطالعات نيز نشان مي‏دهد كه اين روش‏ها كمترين روش‏هاي به كارگرفته‏ در كلاس‏هاي درس هستند؛ زيرا معلمان‏ عموماً روش يادگيري آمرانه يا ديكته كردن‏ اطلاعات را ترجيح مي‏دهند. هدف اين پژوهش ارتقا آموزش با بهره گيري از الگوهاي تدريس خلاق مي‏باشد. روش اين بررسي، مطالعات كتابخانه‏اي است و گردآوري داده‏ها و اطلاعات با استفاده از مراجع مختلفي چون اسناد، مدارك، كتاب‏ها و مقالات منتشر شده در اين زمينه مي‏باشد. در اين مقاله مفهوم خلاقيت و ضرورت پرورش آن در بين فراگيران و راهكارهاي تدريس خلاق تشريح شده است و در پايان الگوهاي تدريسي كه موجب پرورش خلاقيت مي‏شوند مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است.

Creativity is recognition and expression of the problem and providing new solutions for it.Studies show that human beings prefer application of creative methods in learning process.Teaching patterns on the basis of creativity have significant effect on successful education. But, unfortunately the same studies indicate that these methods are the least one that have been used in classroom because teachers usually prefer dictating of information in learning method.The objective of this study is upgrading teaching by application of creative teaching patterns.The method of this survey is librarystudies.Colleting of data and information is performed by using of different references such as documents,books and published articles in this field.In this article, the concept of creativity and the necessity of nurturing it among learners and creative teaching guidelines are described.Finally,those teaching patterns have been analyzed that lead to nurturing creativity.
