بررسي تطبيقي رابطه ميزان توسعه يافتگي با بازدهي نظام آموزشي در ميان كشورهاي جهان

A comparative study of the relationship between development and efficiency of the educational system across countries throughout the world

مسيله مورد تبيين در اين مقاله وجود رابطه علي دو جانبه ميان بازدهي آموزشي هر كشور با ميزان توسعه يافتگي آن مي‌باشد؛ بدين معني كه آموزش و پرورش در هر جامعه‌اي در عين حال كه متاثر از سطوح مختلف توسعه موجود در آن است، خود نيز به عنوان متغير مستقل در تحولات اقتصادي، اجتماعي و سياسي جامعه تاثير مي‌گذارد. لذا سوال اصلي مطالعه حاضر عبارت است از اين‌كه آيا ميزان توسعه يافتگي با بازدهي نظام آموزشي رابطه معنادار متقابل دارد؟ در مقاله حاضر از روش تطبيقي‌كمي يا تحليل بين‌كشوري استفاده گرديده است؛ كه در آن از داده‌هاي ثانويه 70 كشور جهان، در بين سال‌هاي 2004-1999، بهره‌گرفته شده است. آزمون نيكويي برازش مدل‌هاي الگوي معادلات ساختاري حاكي از برازش خوب مدل عنوان شده با داده‌هاي مشاهده‌شده در 70 كشور جهان است و نشان مي دهد توسعه يافتگي جامعه بر بازدهي آموزشي تاثير دارد و از سوي ديگر بازدهي آموزشي نيز تاثير معناداري بر سطوح مختلف توسعه دارد. نتايج رگرسيوني نيز نشان مي‌دهند توسعه اقتصادي با 27/0، توسعه سياسي با 14/0 و توسعه اجتماعي با 29/0 سهمي را در تبيين متغير وابسته (بازدهي نظام آموزشي) داشته‌اند.

The main issue in this paper is a two-way causal relationship between educational efficiency in any country and the development achieved in the society. It means that while education in any society is affected by different levels of development, it also, as an independent variable, can influence economic, social and political development in the society. So the main question is whether development has any relationship with the efficiency of the educational system? In the present paper, a quantitative-comparative method, or cross-country analysis, has been applied to analyze the data related to the years 1999 through 2004 from 70 countries throughout the world. The goodness fit test of structural equation models indicated a good fit of the model with the observed data in 70 countries. The results of regression analysis indicated that economic development with a share of 0.27, political development with 0.14, and social development with 0.29 could independently explain the dependent variable, that is, the efficiency of the educational system.
