نقش محدوديت منبع بر عملكرد و برخي خصوصيات كيفي پنج رقم گندم نان واجد تيپ هاي رشدي

Impact of source limitation on yield and some qualitative traits of five bread

چكيده وزن دانه از مولفه هاي مهم عملكرد در ژنوتيپ هاي گندم به شمار مي رود. اين مولفه از يك سو به ميزان مواد فتوسنتزي (منبع) موجود، به ويژه در مراحل اوليه ي رشد و از سوي ديگر به ظرفيت و توانايي دانه هاي در حال رشد (مخازن) براي ذخيره ي اين مواد فتوسنتزي بستگي دارد. يكي از راهكارهاي دستيابي به عملكرد بالا در ژنوتيپ هاي گندم، تخصيص بيشتر مواد فتوسنتزي به مخازن اقتصادي يا دانه-هاست. به منظور بررسي اثر محدوديت منبع بر خصوصيات كيفي پنج رقم گندم نان (كوير، نويد، الوند، نورستار و گاسپارد) واجد تيپ هاي رشدي متفاوت (بهاره، بينابين و زمستانه)، آزمايشي در سال 91-1390 به صورت استريپ اسپليت پلات (كرت هاي نواري خرد شده در بر گيرنده ي تيمارهاي رقم و محدوديت منبع) در پايه طرح بلوك هاي كامل تصادفي در سه تكرار در ايستگاه تحقيقات كشاورزي اسلام آباد غرب واقع در استان كرمانشاه اجرا شد. پارامترهاي مورد ارزيابي عبارتند بودند از وزن هزار دانه، درصد پروتيين دانه، درصد نشاسته، درصد فيبر دانه، تعداد دانه در سنبله، وزن دانه در سنبله و عملكرد. نتايج تجزيه واريانس و مقايسه ي ميانگين ها به روش دانكن (در سطح پنج درصد) نشان داد كه محدوديت منبع تاثير معني داري بر كاهش عملكرد ارقام ايجاد نمود. ارقام نيز از نظر عملكرد با يكديگر تفاوت معني داري داشتند به طوري كه بيشترين عملكرد مربوط به رقم گاسپارد و كمترين عملكرد مربوط به رقم نورستار‏ بود. نتايج نشان داد از نظر صفات تعداد دانه در سنبله و وزن دانه در سنبله ارقام تفاوت معني داري با يكديگر دارند. به نظر مي رسد ارقام زمستانه به واسطه ي ديررس بودن از درصد پروتيين بيشتر و درصد نشاسته كمتري برخوردارند، محدوديت منبع نيز موجب كاهش مقدار بسياري از پارامتر هاي مورد ارزيابي گرديد.

Abstract Grain weight is regarded as one of the important factors on wheat genotypes, on the other hand this factor is related to the provided assimilates (or sources), especially in first stages of growth, and too it’s dependent to the capacity and capability of growing grains (sinks) in storing assimilates. Allocating higher level of assimilates to the economical sources or grains is one of the efficient way to achieve a high proceed in wheat genotypes. To investigate the effect of source restriction on qualitative features of five bread wheat cultivars (Kavir, Navid, Alvand, Norstar, gaspard) containing different growth habit (spring, facultative and winter) an experiment at the 1390-91. Cropping cycle strip split plot (Plot receiver band split in the number of treatments and resource constraints) based on randomised completely block design (RCBD) with three replications implemented on agricultural research station of West Islamabad in Kermanshah. The evaluated traits were thousand kernel weight, grain crude protein percentage in grains, grain starch and grain crude fiber, number of grains and their weight on spikes and the proceed. Analysis of variances and comparison of means using Duncanʹs Multiple Range Test (5% ) ascertain that the resources constraints generate a meaningful influence on decrement of cultivars’ proceed. Also, cultivars have significant differences with each other according to their proceeding. While the most proceeding correspond to the Gaspard the least proceeding was seen in the Norstar. Furthermore, Results show that the cultivars have significant differences regarding to the number of grains per spike and their weights. Seems that the winter cultivars have a high level of crude protein and low level of starch due to their growth delay in ripening. However, the source constraints caused the decrease of many evaluated factors.
