تحليل حيات خانوادگي (منزلي) انسان در حكمت عملي با تاكيد بر آراي ابن‌سينا

Analysis of Man Family Life in Practical Wisdom with an Emphasis on Avicennaʹʹs Views

ادغام حيات منزلي انسان در هويت فردي و اجتماعي او از ويژگي‌هاي دوران جديد است كه از نتايج آن سنجش حقوق خانواده با سنجه‌هاي حقوق مدني است؛ در حالي‌كه حكماي مسلمان جايگاهي ممتاز براي خانواده در نظر گرفته و براي اداره آن، اصول منحصر به خانواده و غير از اصول حاكم بر زندگي فردي و اجتماعيِ انسان، لحاظ كرده‌اند. به‌كار بستن مدبّرانه اين اصول شرط حكمت و اقتضاي تكامل فردي و تعادل و توازن اجتماعي است. به نظر مي‌رسد كه درك صحيح جايگاه خانواده خصوصاً در هيات تاليفي آن و شناسايي و پرداختن به حقوق و تكاليف مربوط به اين مهم، بسيار اساسي‌تر از پرداختن به افراد و اعضاي خانواده، مستقل از اين هيات تاليفي است. اين مقاله به تحليل جايگاه اين بعد مهم حيات انسان با تاكيد بيشتري بر آراي ابن‌سينا نظر مي‌كند.

A characteristic of modern-time is incorporation of man family life in his individual and social identity, one of the consequences of which is evaluation of family rights with criteria provided in the Civil Code. While Islamic philosophers believe that family has an eminent position, and, to manage it, these philosophers suggest principles which are exclusively applied to family and are different from those governing man individual and social life, applying these principles in a tactful manner is a wise condition required by individual perfection and social equilibrium. It seems that a true understanding of the position of family in its combined-form and recognizing its rights and responsibilities are more important than addressing the members of family independent of this combined-form. This article addresses the role of this important aspect of man life with greater emphasis on Avicennaʹs ideas.
