ارتباط سبك هاي رهبري مربيان با هويت ورزشي در بازيكنان تيم هاي منتخب دانش آموزي پسر شهر اروميه

The relationship between coaches’ leadership styles and athletic identity in player of boy students selected teams in Urmia city

چكيده مطالعه حاضر ارتباط ميان سبك هاي رهبري مربيان با هويت ورزشي دانش آموزان را در مقطع متوسطه شهر اروميه در تيم هاي منتخب دانش آموزي نشان مي دهد. 75 دانش-آموز مقطع متوسطه دو ابزار اين پژوهش شامل: مقياس رهبري در ورزش چلادوراي و صالح، و مقياس هويت ورزشي چزلاك را كامل كردند. مقياس رهبري در ورزش با 40 آيتم، پنج بعد از سبك هاي رهبري (آموزش و تمرين، رفتار دموكراتيك، رفتار آمرانه، حمايت اجتماعي و بازخورد مثبت) را مي سنجد. مقياس هويت ورزشي نيز با 22 آيتم پنج بعد هويت ورزشي (هويت اجتماعي، انحصار گرايي، هويت خود، تاثيرپذيري مثبت و تاثيرپذيري منفي) را ارزيابي مي كند. ثبات دروني پرسش نامه ها با استفاده از ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ به دست آمد و اطلاعات با استفاده از آزمون هاي كولموگروف اسميرنوف يك نمونه اي و ضريب همبستگي پيرسون تحليل شد. نتايج نشان داد كه مربيان تيم هاي دانش آموزي از سبك رهبري آموزش و تمرين نسبت به سبك دموكراتيك بيشتر استفاده مي كردند. نتايج آزمون ضريب همبستگي پيرسون نيز نشان داد كه ميان سبك هاي رهبري آموزش و تمرين، دموكراتيك، حمايت اجتماعي و بازخورد مثبت با ابعاد هويت ورزشي ارتباط مثبت و معناداري وجود دارد؛ درحالي كه بين سبك آمرانه و ابعاد هويت ورزشي ارتباط معناداري وجود نداشت. نتايج اين پژوهش و مطالعات پيشين، اثرات مثبت سبك ها و رفتار هاي رهبري مربيان بر هويت ورزشي ورزشكاران و نقش بارز مربي در توسعه هويت ورزشي بازيكنان و در نتيجه افزايش عملكرد آن ها را نشان مي دهد.

The present study examined relationship between coachʹs leadership styles and athletic identity in player of boy students selected teams in Urmia city. 75 students of high school cutting completed two instruments in this study; Leadership Scale for Sport (LSS, Chelladurai & Saleh) and athletic identity measuring scale(AIMS, Cieslak). The LSS contains 40 items that measures five dimensions of leadership styles- training and instruction, democratic behavior, autocratic behavior, social support and positive feedback. AIMS with 22 items assess the 5 dimensions of athletic identity. Social identity, exclusivity, self identity, negative identity and positive identity were dimensions of athletic identity. Cronbachʹs alpha coefficient was utilized to examine the internal reliability of LSS and AIMS. Data were analyzed with one-sample kolmogrov-smirnov, and Pearson Correlation coefficient. Examining of coachʹs leadership styles indicated that coaches exhibited higher in training and instruction and lower in democratic style among student teams. We found that leadership styles of social support, training and instruction ,and positive feedback, were all positively correlated all dimensions of athletic identity but autocratic style didn’t correlate to dimensions of athletic identity.The result from this study and previous studies show that coachʹs leadership styles and behaviors have a great effect on athletic identity and demonstrated the value role a coach plays in the development of players identity for his team that can increase athletes’ performance
