Immateriality of Soul from Reason and Religion’s Viewpointin MūllaSadra’s philosophy

عقل و وحي، بر پايه نگرش توحيدي، دو امر سازگار تلقي شده‌اند؛ زيرا هر دو از منبع واحد نشات يافته‌اند كه جامع تمام صفات كمال است. فلاسفه مسلمان با اين باور عميق در انطباق دست‌آوردهاي عقلي با محتواي ناب شريعت حقيقي كوشش پايدار داشته‌اند. تجرد نفس از جمله مباحثي است كه صدرالمتالهين در ايجاد سازگاري آن با دين به خصوص شريعت اسلام تلاش شايسته‌ و موثري انجام داده است. ايشان دلايل پيشينيان را يقين‌آور مي‌خواند؛ چراكه هم با مبناي فلسفي وي نظير «جسمانيه الحدوث و روحانيه البقا بودن نفس» انطباق دارد و هم با آموزه‌هاي ديني سازگار است. تجرد و استقلال نفس با مهم‌ترين مسايل جهان‌بيني در ارتباط است. مباحث خداشناسي، نبوت، و به ويژه معاد ارتباط مستقيم با خودشناسي دارد. باور به جهان آخرت فقط با اثبات تجرد نفس و استقلال آن از بدن توجيه عقلاني خواهد داشت. البته در وجود استقلالي نفس قبل از بدن اختلافاتي وجود دارد كه در اين نوشتار مورد كنكاش قرار گرفته است.

According to the theistic view, revelation and reason are two consistent categories; because both of them have driven from the same root that is source of existence and all attributes of perfection. So moslem philosophers with appealing to this theistic issue have efforted to prove the consistency of reason’s outcomes with pure content of SHARI?T. One of the greatest issues that Mullah_Sadra has tried to prove it’s consistency with religion, especially with Islamic Shari?t, is Immateriality of the soul. He believes that the formerʹs arguments in this respect are certain; because they are in accord with both his philosophical foundations (like "corporeal in generation and spiritual in perpetuity"), and with religious doctrines (verses or narratives in realm of religion). Immateriality and independence of soul have relationship with the most important topics of world-view. The subject of Theism, prophecy and especially resurrection, have direct connection with self-realization. In so far as only with affirmation of immateriality and independence of the soul from body, belief in resurrection and gathering day will be plausible. Although there are controversies among philosopher about the idea of independence of soul from body.in this article we will set it forth for discussion.
