The Principles of Obedience of the Leader and Its Role in Social Security: A Quartic View

سرنوشت هر ملت و امت، بستگي به اطاعت يا سرپيچي آنان از رهبران الهي آن جامعه دارد. موفقيت حاكميت جامعه، بستگي تام به اطاعت پذيري مردم داشته و ميزان روحيه اطاعت پذيري مردم، تعيين كننده موفقيت رهبر و زمامدار جامعه در تحقق اهداف و برنامه هايش است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي اصول اطاعت پذيري از رهبر جامعه و نقش آن در ايجاد امنيت اجتماعي، قصد دارد به اين پرسش كه اصول اطاعت از رهبري از منظر قرآن كريم چيست؟ و چه نقشي در تامين امنيت اجتماعي دارد؟پاسخ دهد. يافته هاي تحقيق نشان مي دهد اصولي نظير ولايت پذيري، نداشتن اختيار در برابر خواست خدا و رسول(ص)، حفظ حريم رهبر و اطاعت ننمودن رهبر جامعه از مردم، باعث ايجاد امنيت اجتماعي خواهد شد و در عمل جامعه را در برابر تهديدات مصون مي نمايد. بر اين اساس، با توجه به روش «تحليلي- توصيفي» سعي شده، ضمن تبيين موضوع با استفاده از مصاديق قرآني، به بررسي و تحليل اصول متعدد اطاعت پذيري مردم از رهبر جامعه در قرآن كريم پرداخته و در نهايت به آثار و نتايج اين موضوع در جامعه اشاره شود.

The fate of each nation or Umma depends on the obedience or disobedience of the divine leaders of the society. The success of each society’s sovereignty depends on such obedience and the spirit of obedience determines the success of its leaders in achieving his goals. By reviewing the basics of obedience of leaders and its role in social security, this study plans to address the following questions: “what are the principles of obeying the leader from the Holy Quran standpoint?” And “what role does it have in social security?” The findings of this research show that principles such as accepting the jurisprudence of Faghih, the lack of authority in front of God and His Prophet, respecting the privacy of leader and leaderʹs refusal to obey the People will cause social security and will protect the society against the threats. By using the analytical - descriptive method and relying on the Quranic evidences, the authors try to review and analyze various principles of the obedience of leaders and show the effects and consequences of this issue in the society.
