ژيوكالچر و نقش آن در مشروعيت حاكميت نظام جمهوري اسلامي در ايران

Zhyvkalchr and its role in legitimizing the rule of the Islamic Republic in Iran

گرچه نقش فرهنگ در تحولات اجتماعي، سياسي، اقتصادي و ... انسان ها داراي قدمت طولاني است؛ اما، اهميت جهاني آن به بعد از انقلاب صنعتي و نفوذ و تسلط اروپايي ها به واسطه فرهنگ بر ديگر سرزمين هاي جهان مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. اين مقوله به خصوص با از ميان رفتن جهان دوقطبي و برجسته شدن ملت ها و هويت ها بر اساس ويژگي هاي فرهنگي به صورت يك شاخه علمي تحت-عنوان ژيوكالچر مطرح شد. هدف از مقاله حاضر، تبيين سابقه تاثيرگذاري فرهنگ بر روابط دولت ها و ملت هاست و از اين لحاظ ضمن تشريح ويژگي هاي ژيوكالچر ايران به تحليل چالش هاي پيش روي آن مي پردازد. فرض بر اين است كه ژيوكالچر ريشه اصلي مشروعيت در حاكميت جمهوري اسلامي ايران مي باشد. يافته هاي تحقيق نيز حاكي از آن است كه نقش ژيوكالچر در روابط خارجي ايران به صورت ملي، منطقه اي و جهاني موثر بوده و رفتار سياسي حاكميت جمهوري اسلامي ايران را نسبت به فرآيندهاي ژيوپليتيكي تعيين مي كند.

Although the function of culture in Social, political, economical, ... revolutions turns back a long time ego; but, it finds more importance specially after industrial revolution and European influence and prevalence over the rest of the world through culture. This subject was planned –especially with removing bi-polar world and distinguishing nations and states according their Cultural aspects _ as a scientific field of Geoculture. The purpose of paper is to clear the history of the influence of culture on the relations of states and nations. In this way, the paper explains geoculture aspects of Iran and analyzes its facing challenges. The hypothesis is that geoculture the basic rout of legibility of the governance of Islamic Republic of Iran. Research findings show that Geoculture role in the foreign relations of Iran in national, regional and international scale was effectual and determines political behavior of the governance of Islamic Republic of Iran in the geopolitical process.
