Ethnic and Cultural Geography of the Islamic Republic Of Iran(Case study of Talesh ethnic group)

سرزمين ايران در مقوله تنوع قوميتي به‌عنوان واقعيتي تاريخي‌سياسي همواره با جغرافياي سياسي جهان پيوند خورده است. تحولات تاريخي و سياسي جغرافياي سياسي ايران، همواره با توجه به كاركرد چندوجهي اقوام در سير معادلات قدرت، تحليل و ارزيابي مي‌شود؛ به‌طوري‌كه تصوير موزاييك اقوام در متن ژيوپوليتيك ايران، پروسه‌اي تاريخي از چرخه فرصت تمديد را فراروي منافع ملي ايران به نمايش گذاشته است. در عصر حاضر، يكي از الزامات توسعه در جمهوري اسلامي ايران براي تحقق سند چشم‌انداز ??ساله، تكيه بر هم‌بستگي و اتحاد ملي و مشاركت عمومي براي هم‌گرايي قوميت‌ها، مذاهب، اقليت‌ها و گروه‌هاي قومي است. در‌اين‌بين، قوم تالش يكي از اقوام بزرگ و كهن ايراني است كه از دورترين زمان‌هاي تاريخ در اراضي جنوب رودهاي ارس، كورا و جنوب‌غربي درياي كاسپين ساكن بوده‌اند كه در گذر تاريخ، در حفظ و حراست از مرزهاي ايران‌زمين نقش به‌سزايي داشته‌اند؛قوم تالش در اين گذر، افتخارات و ناكامي‌هاي فراواني را تجربه كرده‌اند. در اين تحقيق سعي كرده‌ايم تحليل ژيوپوليتيكي از قوم تالش در شمال‌غربي كشور را بررسي كنيم و با استفاده از سيستم اطلاعات جغرافيايي (GIS)،محدوده اين قوم را مشخص و نقش آن بر امنيت ملي را ارزيابي كنيم.

Iran country is always linked to geopolitical of Iran in terms of ethnic diversity as a historical- political fact. Historical and political developments of the political geography of Iran is often analyzed and evaluated according to the multifaceted functions of the ethnic groups in the course of power equations, so that the mosaic image of ethnic groups in the geopolitical context of Iran, demonstrates a historical process of the time extension cycle, in front of national interests. Today, one of the requirements of the development in Islamic Republic of Iran, to realize the visions of 20 years, is to rely on solidarity, national alliance and public participation for the convergence of ethnicities, religions, ethnic groups and minorities. In the meantime, Talesh ethnic group is one of the largest and oldest ethnic groups that inhabited the southlands of the Aras River, Cora, and the southwest of the Caspian Sea from the most distant periods of history, who have had a significant role in guarding and preserving Iranian borders through history that have experienced many honors and failures. In this study it has tried to examine the geopolitical analysis of Talesh ethnic group in the northwest of the country, and to specify the span of this ethnic group using Geographic Information System (GIS), and to evaluate the role of it in the national security.
