الزامات آموزش مهندسي با توجه به نيازهاي صنعت در كشور ايران

Requirements of engineering education for meeting the needs of industry in Iran

افزايش رقابت جهاني شركتها را مجبور كرده است تا شيوه عمليات خود را از نوع تكراري به نوع خلاق تغيير دهند. اين تغيير كيفي به همراه شرايط حاكم و نوع صنايع فعال در هر كشور الزاماتي را براي آموزش مهندسي مطرح ساخته است كه فقط از طريق سازماندهي مجدد موسسات آموزش مهندسي متناسب با آن الزامات مي توان در جهت برآوردن نيازهاي حال و آينده صنعت كشور گام برداشت. هدف اين مقاله تعيين الزامات آموزش مهندسي با توجه به نيازهاي صنعت در كشور ايران است. اين پژوهش از نظر هدف كاربردي و از نظر نحوه گردآوري داده ها توصيفي ـ پيمايشي است. جامعه مورد مطالعه تحقيق شامل مهندسان برجسته ايراني است كه 30 نفر از آنها به عنوان نمونه هدفمند انتخاب شدند. ابتدا با بررسي مستندات موجود نقش و اهميت ارتباط با صنعت در نظام آموزش مهندسي مشخص و سپس، داده هاي به دست آمده از مصاحبه هاي نيمه سازمان يافته با مهندسان برجسته ايراني از طريق روش كدگذاري و مقوله بندي تحليل شده است. نتايج حاكي از آن است كه براي حل مسايل و مشكلات نظام آموزش مهندسي و صنعت بايد بين دانشگاه، صنعت و دولت تعامل و ارتباط نزديك و مستمري صورت گيرد؛ استفاده از كانالهاي ارتباطي متنوع چون آموزش، تحقيق، مشاوره و برگزاري همايشها در برقراري ارتباط موثر دانشگاه و صنعت بسيار مهم است. علاوه بر دانش و تخصص فني، توانايي دانش آموختگان مهندسي در زمينه مهارتهاي طراحي و اجرا، حل مسيله، كار تيمي، برقراري ارتباط، خلاقيت و نوآوري، يادگيري مادام العمر، اخلاق مهندسي و برخورداري از انگيزه كافي اهميت بالايي براي موفقيت حرفه اي آنان دارد. سرانجام، براي اينكه نظام آموزش مهندسي بتواند نيازهاي حال و آينده صنعت كشور را برآورده كند، بايد به الزاماتي چون همكاري و تعامل نزديك با صنعت، تلفيق علم و عمل در آموزش مهندسي، انعطاف پذير بودن، در نظر گرفتن نيازهاي صنعت در برنامه-ريزيهاي آموزشي، اصلاح و بهبود مستمر برنامه هاي آموزش مهندسي و اصلاح نظام گزينش دانشجو جامه عمل بپوشاند.

The increase of global competition has forced the companies to make a transition from the routine mode of operation to a creative mode of production. This qualitative changes together with the dominant situation and the type of active industries in each country required reorganization of engineering education. The aim of this article is to determine the requirements of engineering education to meet the needs of Iranian industries. For this purpose a survey method is used and a population includes 30 distinguished Iranian engineers are interviewed. The specified role and importance relation of industry and engineering education, then the data collected from semi-structured interviews with the above engineers through the coding and categorize techniques are analyzed. Results indicate that for solving the difficulties and problems between engineering education system and industries, continuous interaction and relation between university, industry, and government should be improved through; using a variety of channels as training, research, consultancy, and mutual conferences. Moreover technical knowledge and specialization, ability in the field of design and ability of implementation, problem solving, team working, communication, creativity and innovation, lifelong learning, engineering ethics, and having adequate motivation are very important for engineers and their professional success. Finally in order that the system of engineering education be met the present and future needs of the industryʹs requirements, more collaboration and interaction with industry, integration of theory and practice in engineering education, more flexibility, more focuses on the industries needs should be considered. Also development of advanced educational plan, continuous reform and improvement of engineering education programs, and the system of student admission are the other issues that must be considered for the future of engineering education
