بررسي مقاديركلسيم يونيزه درسرم گوسفند نژاد ماكويي در آذربايجان غربي ايران

Evaluation of serum ionized calcium of Makouie breed of sheep in the west Azerbaijan of Iran

كلسيم ازعناصر اصلي است كه در فعاليتهاي متابوليك وعضلاني بدن دخالت دارد .در اين بررسي يكساله از 331 راس گوسفند نژاد ماكويي (157 راس گوسفند نر و 174 راس گوسفند ماده )از گروههاي سني مختلف در استان آذربايجان غربي خونگيري شدوميانگين كلسيم يونيزه خون پس از جدا سازي سرم به روش كالريمتريك سريع اندازه گيري شد. نتايج نشان داد كه سطح سرمي كلسيم در دامنه ميلي4598/.±69/7 تا ميلي 1299/.± 42/9 بود.بين عيار كلسيم يونيزه خون و سن ارتباط معني‌داري وجود نداشت.ميانگين كلسيم يونيزه در سرم گوسفندان نژادماكويي مورد مطالعه در فصل پاييز بيشتر از ساير فصول بود.ميانگين عيار سرمي كلسيم يونيزه در فصول مختلف سال اختلاف معني‌داري داشت. در فصول مختلف ميانگين سطح سرمي كلسيم يونيزه در ميش ها بيشتر از قوچها بود و ارتباط معني داري بين ميزان كلسيم يونيزه سرم و جنس دام وجود داشت .نتايج اين بررسي نشان داد كه عامل اصلي تعادل كلسيم يونيزه سرم گوسفندان تحت مطالعه در زمان افزايش نياز فيزيولوژيك بدن متاثر از عوامل هورموني بوده و تغييرات فصلي در رژيم غذايي در درجه دوم اهميت است بطوريكه اثر فصل بر پايه تغييرات فتوپريوديك در هر دو جنس نر وماده تقريبا مطرح بود.

To obtain the normal amount of calcium in blood plasma of makouie breed of shee and evaluates the resistance of this breed considerable decline of this mineral in comparison to other breeds. Makouie sheep can be introduced as a virgin and resistant alpine sheep for breeding in same areas by similar situations. Animals-331 healthy adult makouioe sheep. 147 heads was male and 157 samples were female. Procedure-After a complete physical examination of sheep and ascertaining of health, they sampled. For this sampling vacuum tubes or syringe 20 cc and needle no.18 were used to obtain the blood from superior vena cava. No anti clotting agent was used during sampling. All of samples were numbered and details (age,sex, date of experiment) were recorded. Consequently, samples were transferred to laboratory to centrifuge and detach the cellular section from the serum of blood. In this study quick manual micro calorimetric method was performed. Results-Regarding to six degree of freedom, it was no significant relation between calcium amounts and age (P > 0.05). Calcium amount was 9.42(mg/dl). This amount was 8.18(mg/dl) in spring and 7.85(mg/dl) in winter and finally it falls to the lowest point in summer, means: 7.62(mg/dl), (P?0.05). Additionally, serum ionized calcium amount had no relevance to gender but this amount was more in female in all seasons. Regarding to histogram chart, dispersion of data was normal and average of calcium purity in this breed sheep was:8.29+0.1668(mg/dl). Donkan test, chi-Squre and MSTATC software was used in this investigation.
